" I told you never again." Shouted Jace.

" Why not? We had so much fun last time." Says Isabelle.

Simon, Isabelle, Alec, Clary, and Magnus were there by his room door in the Institute.

" Last time we played truth or dare my hair was died red and I had to do a dare with ducks. So I said it once and I'll say it again. I'm not playing this time." Says Jace.

" Come on Jace. Play." Says Alec.

" I see they sucked you into this game as well." Says Jace.

Alec shrugged. " No not really. I actually had fun playing last time and wanted to play again." Says Alec.

" Come on guys. Let's go. Apparently Jace is to scared to participate in a simple game like truth or dare. Oh well." Says Clary.

" Hey I am not scared of a game." Says Jace.

Clary crossed her arms. " Sure seems like it." Says Clary.

Jace sighed in anger. " Come on Warlock. Put that Warlock power to good use and get us over to your flat now. It's time to play truth or dare." Says Jace.

Magnus grinned and snapped his fingers, creating a portal on the wall directly behind them. " I thought you'd never ask. " says Magnus before turning, grabbing Alec's arm and pulling him through the portal first.

Soon the others were in the portal and appeared at Magnus's flat.

" Does everything you own have to have some form of glitter on it?" Says Jace.

" Hey you can never have to much glitter, and no not everything here has glitter on it. Now sit and let's get started." Says Magnus.

They sat down in a circle in the middle of the den. Magnus had moved to coffee table so they could sit.

" Ok since truth or dare was my idea I get to go first." Says Isabelle.

They all nodded. " Ok Alec, truth or dare?" Says Isabelle.

Alec barely took three seconds to decide. " Dare."

Isabelle grinned wickedly and suddenly Alec was wishing he had chosen truth.

" Ok Alec. I dare you to let me give you a make over or put streaks in your hair. Your pick." Says Isabelle.

Alec really didn't want to pick any of them, but he had to pick one.

" The second one." Says Alec.

Isabelle cheered and quickly took Alec to the back room. He came back a little while later with pick streak put into his raven black hair.

" Oh nice job Isabelle." Says Magnus.

" Thanks. I already knew what he would pick so I already had the stuff ready." Says Isabelle.

Alec say there next to Magnus with a glare on his face. 

" Ok my turn, Simon truth or dare?" Says Alec.

" Truth. I am not risking my hair being dyed in any way." Says Simon.

" Ok. If you were to choose between Clary and Isabelle to date. Who would you pick?" Says Alec.

" What kind of question is that? Isabelle. No question about it. " says Simon.

" Alec why on earth would you ask that?" Says Isabelle glaring at her brother.

" What, a brother can't be protective of his sister?" Says Alec.

Isabelle just rolled her eyes. " Ok my turn. Magnus truth or dare?" Says Simon.

" Your kidding right? Dare." Says Magnus.

" Ok. I dare you to go one week wearing only the type of clothes Shadowhunters wear. Plain, black, but of course still stylish. " says Simon.

" No fair, ugh fine. I'll do it." Says Magnus.

" Starts now." Says Simon.

Magnus snapped his fingers and he was suddenly in only black clothes in a style only Magnus or Isabelle could come up with.

" Ok. Jace truth or dare?" Says Magnus.

" Dare." Says Jace.

Magnus had one hand up and was looking at his fingers as a small blue spark went from finger to finger.  He had a wicked grin on his face.

" Very good choice Jonathan. " says Magnus.

" The name is Jace. Say it that way or not at all." Says Jace.

Magnus snapped his fingers and a slip of paper appeared before Jace.

Jace picked it up and opened it. His eyes went wide as he read it. " You can't be serious?"

" I'm Magnus Bane. Of course I'm serious. " says Magnus.

Jace sighed. " Fine. Let's get this over with."

Magnus grinned and stuck his hands out as they glowed blue with his power and a portal appeared underneath them.

They all fell through the portal. They arrived at the mall.

" Your dare Shadowhunter is down there. Perform the dare correctly and you shall have your turn on truth or dare soon enough." Says Magnus.

" Yeah yeah whatever." Jace walked down a hallway and disappearing from sight.

A few minutes passed and a song they knew all to well started playing.

Then a guy in a duck costume walked out into the middle of the mall and started to do the Whip Nea Nea dance as the song played.

Everyone's eyes went wide and Magnus burst out laughing.

As the guy danced the Shadowhunters watching figured out by Magnus's laughter that the guy in the duck costume was Jace.

" That is Jace?" Says Alec.

Magnus grinned and nodded. " That's just funny and cruel. " says Isabelle.

" I know."  Says Magnus.

As they looked back they saw a bunch of people had joined in and was dancing along with Jace.

Magnus quickly grabbed Alec's hand and yanked him forward. " Come on, let's all join in. " says Magnus. Alec rolled his eyes, but smiled.

Alec lived with Magnus so he knew the dance. Magnus was and still is obsessed with the dance and forced him to learn it one night.

Alec grabbed Isabelle's hand and yanked her forward as well, if he was going to do this. So we're they. Simon and Clary followed.

Clary stood next to Jace and did the dance with him smiling.

Magnus and Alec danced next to each other with Isabelle and Simon dancing in front of them.

As the song played on more people joined and the Shadowhunters and Warlock knew this would be a fun night they would never forget for a long time.
