Goku as a SSJ3 in Fusion Reborn shook the afterlife as well so that's not anything special. Buuhan pretty much became fodder in the BOG arc as SSG Goku and Beerus would both clap with ease as again, shacking and nearly shattered the universe. 

Goku one shotted a dimension.... that was already falling apart. Plus, let's not forget that toppo's G.O.D powers affect the world of void.

Having the dragon fist isn't a feat. Hell, SSJ3 goku had it in Wrath of the dragon. I know it's not canon like fusion reborn, but still.

Can't really see how nullifying a galaxy busting karma ball beat jiren casually shaking an infinite void, Who was eventually beaten by Goku, Frieza and 17.   

Next, Super Goku withstood and broke a black hole. Which is a far higher feat then lifting half a city.

Also, got taken out by a stun gun. Have you ever stop to think of the type of energy is in a stun gun. Especially considering what happens to someone's body when they're hit with those things.

The Sigma force really didn't seem to be all that much and no exact power of them is given.

GT Goku was clearly getting scratched up a bit in his fight with a baby possessed gohan and goten. It was not with one arm each. Also, considering how Goten and Gohan were in Gt, It's safe to assume they haven't gotten all that strong over the years.

GT Goku was fighting Frieza and Cell in hell, where he couldn't kill them. And seeing how the two were doing against base goku, they clearly weren't all that strong. Plus, goku only one by freezing them.

Again, Getting Cut by Glass and Ice vs being blasted by a laser, and grazed by a bullet. You tell me which is more humiliating.
