A/N: I thought I should go over some of the sort of pointless arguments that were made against fallen kingdom. Starting with the whole thing regarding the jurassic world lagoon thing where people think that the lagoon and part of the park was moved to the side of the ocean. Let's start off with the map that started this.

Now, when people saw how the lagoon connected to the ocean somehow, people were getting pissed off about the whole thing. Since the map leads people to think that there's no body of water leading to Colin Trevorrow having to come on and explain the issue.

But some people then wanted to try and step up to say that this was trevorrow trying to cover up being lazy. Which I'm just gonna call bullshit on right now. And here's all my reasons why.

1. We don't even see the entirety of the lagoon in Jurassic World.

We only have like two or 3 scenes showing the lagoon and that's it. We still don't see all of it like we think. And that first map is too far off to give a more closer and more detailed look.

2. The original map itself shows off that it original had multiple rivers and river systems running off to the ocean.

Yeah, over the years, some of these rivers were covered up for different reasons. However, not all of these couldn't have been simply covered up or blocked off. Even then. When the island would be used for Jurassic World, one of these would be used or opened back up for the lagoon.

3. they would need a canal system because that would be the only easy way to bring it in. There is no way that they could be able to get something to lift a marine reptile that big and that heavy to the center of the island or anything before it would eventually die due to being out of the water for too long. A canal system makes sense since it's not only a more easier way. It would be a more logical thing to do without harming either the animal or any of the workers.

4. They would need something to move the Mosasaurus out of the tank in order to clean it. Because the mosasaur' tank, even if it is so big. It would need to be cleaned out since it would very likely get dirty over time.

5. The door we seen clearly cannot be leading directly out to the ocean. 

Now on that official art for the film, you can see on the very left is where the door is. That door cannot simply be connected like directly out to the ocean as in: "the other side of that door is the ocean". There's not way that they would make that kinda of mistake.

Anyway, that's all I need to give on the whole thing regarding the lagoon "retcon" that people bitched about in the film. Like many of the things people bitched about in this film, it takes researching, thinking it over and understanding. That's what wrong with most of the negative reviews on this film. It felt like they didn't stop to do any of those things or if so, not properly.
