A/N: (an updated version of a fight i asked in one of my books on my old account). Battle of Two Powerful Galactic Tyrants.

Ultraman Belial.

Belial has access to: the Giga BattleNizer (the staff you see in his hands). The device of which not only allows him to fire off powerful shots, but, also allows him control of an army of 100 monsters. And the monsters of which he fan merge with to become the 4000 meter Beryudora.

His army: The Belial Galactic Empire.

(And yes, that giant hand looking thing is his ship).

Esmereldan Emeralds (which are inside his enormous ship) to enable him to absorb them and become his 300 meter form, Arch Belial.

His Riser: to enable him to become his Chimeraberus form and his most powerful form, Ultraman Belial Atrocious.

Now for Frieza.

Has all his forms (his golden form being true golden frieza).

Has The Frieza Force as well as the Ginyu Force.

Round 1: Belial's Army vs Frieza's Army.

Round 2: Belial (All Forms) vs Frieza (All Forms).

Austin: 

Round 1: belial's army. With the exception of the ginyu force, Shisami, Tagoma and maybe Sorbet, the frieza force doesn't really posses any attacks that would really seem to damage something as strong as a kaiju. As for the ginyu force, they would haft to deal with the heavy hitters of the kaiju and galactic empire. Not only that, some aliens like baltan can make illusions to tell which is the real one. Also, not all of them have mouths which would making the chance body thing a bad move on ginyu's part.

Round 2: A close one. But I give it to Belial. Not only because he's a monster in both combat and speed. But, he's been shown to cheat death and could posses others in a spirit form. So even if frieza kills him, he could just do that very thing. And frieza has yet to show any resistance to being possessed or controlled.
