A/N: a few people have been on me to explain if zeno is omnipotent or not. this is to prove why zeno is not omnipotent, omniscient or omnipresent. While, still powerful, he's just not near those three things.

For starters, to be omnipotent, you haft to be omniscient as well.

Examples being the one above all.

He know just about anything and everything. Where as both zenos didn't know all that much. If he did, he would've already known about future zamasu and black going around and killing all the gods and kaioshin. And then erased the two on the spot. But he didn't. So that gets ride of that.

The next thing is that there's more than one zeno of course. There are many different universes and timelines in the dbz franchise. But, there is shown to be a present zeno meeting with a future one which means that he's not omnipresent because he would technically be everywhere and only one of him. But there's not. There's actually multiple of him in timelines. Which means he's technically effected by time.

The only being who can close to becoming omniprescent was Infinite Zamasu before zeno destroyed him.

(I think Solaris from Sonic 06 technically counts as well).

With all that, Zeno is at least high multiversal or Low 5th dimensional. But no where near omnipotent. So beings like the presence, one above all and many others are still higher than zeno.
