I made this OC along side ghanya and Rooney (ghanyapakistan and Chilled_Tea respectively) as they made theirs when we were thinking of being a trio named "Tsar's of stupidity" (TOS for short)

So, here's some things about my OC 

His name is Cyprien Chernavska,he is an 28 yr old male,and has two younger twin siblings,

Them being Arthik Chernavska (male) and Nadia Chernavska (female) 

He's indian-russian and half french (so is his siblings),his mom being french-indian and his father being Russian

He is a member of the "TOS" (AKA the Tsar's of stupidity) alongside Feodora Oblonsky,whonis female (ghanya's OC) and Kapaht Aminoff,Who is a male (Rooney/chilled tea's OC)

He is a part of an royal family that rules a quite large part of Russia,and is a Tsarevich (a prince) who is the next in line to become the tsar of his empire 

Personality: quiet (like VERY quiet) kind,yet scary and is the most loving and caring person you'll meet when you get close to him (which is a hard thing to do)

He is  adored by the women of his empire (and foreigners) for many reasons which I can't state here rn- (mostly cuz I'm lazy and haven't thought about it-)

Fun facts cuz yes:

His favourite colour is black

He loves his friends (Feodora and Kapaht) like he loves his own siblings

He likes to call Feodora "fedora" as he finds it funny at how angry she gets by it

He has bought a whole mansion for feo 

He has the ability to heal people,revive dead people (tho it is forbidden to do so), can talk to animals as well as turn into them 

His favourite animal to turn into is a bird 

He has 12 ex's and has rejected 25 people (ahaha relationship trauma go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)
