Idk what to title this...but let's go with "SaveHim.AVI"

Our main character, let's call him Isaac, has been a fan of Pokémon all his life. He has all the games, some merchandise, and has grown up watching the anime. Well, almost the entire anime. He's never seen the original Kanto series, something he's recently been trying to find. One day while searching for a dvd set, he receives a strange email from an anonymous user. To his confusion and slight happiness, it was a file containing all episodes of the original Kanto journey. The most confusing part about the email wasn't the anonymous user that sent him the file, but the text attached to it saying "save him." Isaac shrugged it off, taking the file and getting ready to watch where it all started.

The episode was completely normal, showing the iconic imagery he's seen in clips or videos. He even got a little excited at the end where Ash and Pikachu see Ho-Oh as it flew across the sky, it's light shining down on Ash. As soon as the episode ended he got ready to watch the second one, but something caught his eye. When the first episode ended, all episodes had disappeared, with only one under the first episodes file called "Episode 1.2"

Isaac was completely confused, but shrugged. Maybe this was how the list was for the file? He watched it, annoyed that it seemingly was just the first episode all over again, but the ending was completely different. As Ash was standing in front of Pikachu to shield him from the Spearow, Pikachu got up and sprinted off, leaving Ash to be swarmed. An uncomfortable 3 minutes had passed as the video showed a brutal display of Ash being pecked and cut all over. The horde of Spearow soon flew away, the unnerving image of Ash's unmoving body being the final shot of the episode.

Isaac was shocked to say the least. He knew this couldn't have been real. It must've been a cruel joke made by the guy who gave him the file. He was prepared to delete it, but a file appeared saying "Episode 1.3" and another text appearing "Save him." Isaac bit his lip, sighing as his curiosity got the best of him and played the next episode. Point for point, the episode played out until Ash came across the Pidgey. When he failed to catch it, the Pidgey flew off and evolved into a Pidgeoto, only to fly back and bash Ash with a Wing Attack, knocking him into a tree. Ash's body froze as it slid down, blood smearing on the tree.

Another episode, another file that said "Episode 1.4." Isaac groaned to himself as he had to watch this again, turning on the file. This time, it was Pikachu who was Ash's killer, as the first thundershock he got had fried Ash's brain and made him drop dead.

More files, the more he watched. The more episodes, the more disturbing and horrific the deaths had become. Some many of the deaths came from Pokémon that were never in the first episode, such as a pair of Beedrill that stabbed Ash's body, an Onix that slammed its tail into his body, and even a Mewtwo who simply stared at him, waving a hand and snapping Ash's neck 180 degrees. Isaac wanted to quit watching, to delete the file, but every time he wanted to the file just spoke "save him." His curiosity was overwhelming. Why was this showing it to him, but also asking him to save him? Who was "him?"

Episode 1.70 was extremely disturbing. Ash had been sleeping in his room when Delia, his mother, snuck in quietly and didn't wake him up. She suddenly gained a hateful expression as she wrapped her hands around Ash's neck, choking him out. Ash gagged and gasped for breath as he tried to kick his mother off of him, but to no avail. Isaac was going to turn away, but then everything became clear to him when he saw Ash. Ash was staring at the screen as his face became purple, his tearful eyes staring pleadingly at Isaac. He reached a hand out before falling limp.

It was at that moment Isaac knew this was far bigger than he thought. This Ash was alive, and was completely aware of this loop he was put in. Isaac kept watching, Ash's death now becoming more realistic as the humans, his friends, and even himself were the reasons for his death.

29 episodes later, Isaac was tired and traumatized. He just kept seeing Ash's horrific deaths with the repeating words "save him." He looked at the computer and noticed the final one. Episode 1.100. With a shaky hand, Isaac clicked on the episode.

Pallet Town was completely destroyed. The ground black as if burnt by fire. The clouds grey as the sky shown a blood red color. The few houses and Oaks lab were destroyed and burned down as any Pokémon nearby were burnt to a charred skeleton. Kneeling down at the entrance of Pallet Town was Ash's charred corpse, his clothes in tatters as his skeleton hid the burnt skeleton of Pikachu he tried to protect. A shadow loomed overhead and a dust cloud covered the area. Ho-Oh stood there, it's wings adorned with fire as it's eyes shone red with hate. It stared at Ash's scorched body with a disgusted expression before raising its wings, a bright light coating the screen. The episode ended right after.

Isaac felt sick. His mind going over what had happened as he looked down at his shaking hands. Suddenly, the computer rang out a tone. Isaac shot his head up as something made his heart drop.

Sitting beneath Episode 1.100, was a file that said Episode 2....

And below that....Episode 2.2
