I lit some sparklers

that's the most of Diwali ill ever make due to my intense noise sensitivity 

I have my headphones plugged in to avoid the noise of the crackers, and all my doors closed to avoid it even more

im calmer than usual today

and that's really really new

so far I haven't cried, or just curled up in a ball so 

yeah!

So far so good..
