DR2 spoilers here

So follow my logic with me on this one.

In DR2, the Remnants of Despair were put into the Neo World to try and make them normal again. But Junko was in it, so they activated the shut down the program.

Then in DR2.5 where they go back into the Neo World Program, only it's different. The world is built out more and Hajime turns into Izuru, and kills them all. Once someone gets killed in the Neo World Program this time, they get brought back to life, right?

But NONE of that matters to me, the point is, they went into the Neo World Program, had a virus, shut off the Neo World Program, and then went back into ok no problem.

Basically, this is the exactly a situation where you could turn it off and on again and it works. They basic said,

"The Neo World didn't work!"

"Did you try turning it off and on again?"
