A/N: there's current news going around in regards to shantae not too long after the release of her recent game.

The first of the news is that WayForward being interested in the idea of a Shantae animated series.

(If they go through with this, they should try to get Trigger Studio to do the animation).

And the next bit of news is that WayForward is especially open on remaking the original Shantae game.

Austin: well, here's hoping they consider these ideas and go through with it. I've yet to really see an animated series based on an indie game.
