This comes from Jurassic_World_Fandom on twitter who received this from an trust source of his who's name he's keeping secret. Judging from the Plesiosaur animatronic head seen in the picture, it does have certain liberties similar to the Allosaurus Animatronic head for Battle At Big Rock. 

(Reminder, the dinosaur animatronics in JW3 are being worked on by the same guys who did the puppetry Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance).
