A/N: yes, it seems Tom Hardy posted another set photo before quickly deleting it.

Austin: I don't think this means Toxin will directly appear in the movie. I think one of 3 things will happen.

1. Patrick Mulligan will simply appear as a cameo for one scene.

2. Patrick will have a bigger role in the film which will lead into an encounter with Carnage that leads to him eventually getting infected.

3. There's an after credit scene where it revealed that Carnage left an offspring before battling Venom and said offspring attaches itself to Patrick.

And this will likely lead into Venom 3 with Toxin as the main antagonist.
