A/N: this is a more better version of the Speculation for the MCU's 3rd Spider-Man film a few books back. This time with a better idea in mind on how I think it can go without shoving certain characters in.

But anyway, here's my Speculation for Spider-Man 3.

First speculation I believe Peter and Aunt May will currently be in hiding from the law with the help of Happy Hogan due to Mysterio.

J.K. Simmons returns as J Jonah Jameson and would continue to bash both Peter Parker and Spider-Man on media.

Both MJ and Ned will likely get ridiculed and harassed by people at school because their affiliation with Peter.

Flash Thompson will likely be incredibly conflicted and at a lose of words in the fact that Peter is Spider-Man.

Mac Gargan could return as a side antagonist that's giving Peter a little trouble and having to come out of hiding and face him as Spider-Man.

Kraven The Hunter could appear as one of the film's main antagonists. 

(Whatever Actor you think would be a good choice to play Kraven).

Since Peter is framed as a murderer and there are those who will be out for his head. Kraven seems like a good choice to bring into the film as as he attempts to hunt down Peter Parker as perfect sport.

Matt Murdock could appear. 

He could show up to try and act as Peter's lawyer in defense to prove to people that he isn't Spider-Man. He is a lawyer after all. And he could have a role as DareDevil. But I can't really think of anything.

William Ginter Riva could likely return in the film. 

Because Riva was instrumental in releasing Spider-Man's identity to the world, since he directly sent the altered footage of the Battle of London to The Daily Bugle that incriminated Peter for the attacks. So one of the main storylines of the film could revolve around Happy Hogan (and MAYBE even Pepper Potts) to try and track him down in order to retrieve the ACTUAL footage and clear Spider-Man's name.

Quentin Beck may reveal himself to be alive and be one of the film's main antagonists.

Since there's the very common theory that he might have likely survived and only faked his death to fool everyone while he continued to plan in the shadows until Peter manages to figure out he's still alive and eventually has another face off against him. Only this time, he'll have a far better chance at taking him down.

Peter Might Get a New Suit.

This is mostly based with on how MCU films usually tends to gives the characters a new suit or look for each film in the franchise. This is especially with Spider-Man. Maybe he'll get a suit similar to the John Romita Spider-Man.

The REAL Nick Fury and Maria Hill could show up sometime in the film.

Far From Home has made it clear that the two we saw in the film were actually Talos and Soren. And With Talos even saying that they need him to come back to earth after what happened. It's likely he and the actual Maria will show return at some point in the film. As for Talos and Soren? They could show back up in the film, or they could be absent from it for reasons.

This next speculation is mostly based on what seems to be going on at the moment and what's apparently going to be happening with some Spider-Man films.

To put it simply and for Marvel to play things safe, just loosely reference certain events from the Sony films by minor mentions.

And the last speculation is for the after credit scene, I think the scene could be of a reveal of who was the one that bought out Avengers Tower. That being Norman Osborn 

(Maybe they could get Bryan Cranston to play him).

And that's all I've got in terms of Spider-Man 3. If New information comes out on what's going on, I might do another redo.
