I had an idea to add a comic relief character to BONES to tone down the edginess slightly. I wanted to know if this is a good idea.
He's a 15 year old Nichromidys named Vex. A Nichromidys is basically a large draconian bat creature. They hail from another area far from where the mortals live. Vex was tired of his dad and older brother and found his way to Esrich via map (and got himself lost at first.) Vex's goal is to find a place where he feels he belongs. His comedy is his misunderstanding of this world and it's objects. He is slightly angsty and very childish, loving to fiddle with trinkets. When he's caught doing this, he usually breaks out in embarrassment and apologizes a bunch before yeeting himself out of the room. Is this a good idea?
