So I can't really talk much about this character as this was a request and I haven't read this book myself but she's called Carrie and belongs to SailorMaya and is from their Animaniacs book 'Carrie Me Away To Burbank'

The style is a little different as I drew this before I got my new pen but it still turned out ok, I'm always down to draw curly hair!
