I wrote this while I was trying to sleep a while ago, so I apologize. I had no idea what I was doing and still don't now.

We locked eyes and in an instant I felt a wam happiness flow from the tips of my hair down to my toes. I smiled, feeling my face heat up. She laughed a beautiful laugh and I could feel the butterflies in my stomach softly flap their wings. I squeezed her hand softly before resting my shoulder gently against hers. I closed my eyes, enjoying the moment. I felt an arm wrap around my back and I sunk into the embrace. I felt her head lean on my shoulder and I chuckled slightly to myself before resting my head carefully against hers. I lifted my hand carefully and reached around, grabbing her arm gently and pulling her close. I smiled, relaxed, content. I soon drifted off, feeling at peace for the first time in ages.
