Katelyn's POV

          It was just a normal day for me, I was laying on my bed while playing some music through my boredom. Hmm, what do I do? Kawaii-Chan's not here since she's at the Maid Café and basically most of my friends are there right now working. Except for one person, and that's Travis. Speaking of Travis, my phone buzzed because of a new message. I paused my music and started to read who the message was from....and it was from Travis.

'Heyy Katelyn~ Wanna go on a date with me? Since Dante had to do something and I'm stuck here at home, maybe you and I can go out if you like.'

I smiled. Travis and I are already boyfriend and girlfriend now....like literally. Cuz unlike what happened before, we had to pretend date. 

'Sure, I'm down going on a date with you again. Besides, I like it when you take me out.'

'Oh..umm hehe thanks Katelyn'

I chuckled and typed,

 'When and where exactly?'

'How about the movies? I'll pick you up at 6?'

'Hehe sure, see you Trav<3'

'Love you blueberry<3'

I blushed at his last message. I'm still getting used to saying 'I love you' to him but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

'I love you too dork<3'

Few hours later...

          I got dressed, brushed my hair and basically everything I need for the date. I headed downstairs and saw Kawaii-Chan watching anime.

"Hi Katelyn-Sama! Where you going?"

"I'm just heading out KC"

"But where?"

"Not telling you"

"Aww"

I chuckled and the doorbell rang. I opened the door amd saw Travis.

"Looking beautiful as always~"

"Not bad yourself handsome~"

Travis immediately blushed and I giggled. I can already hear Kawaii-Chan squealing behind me. Travis and I looked at Kawaii-Chan in confusion as she squeals some more.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TRAVLYN IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!"

I rolled my eyes and looked back at Travis.

"Ready to go Trav?"

"Yup"

"EEEEEEEEEEE KAWAII-CHAN IS GONNA TAKE SO MANY PICTURES OF YOU GUYS!!!!!"

Travis and I then went out as I instantly closed the door. We made our way into his car as I took the passenger's seat while he took the driver's seat.

We the drove off. I noticed Travis trying to get something out pf the back seat and once he got it, it revealed to be a boquet of flowers.

"For you m'lady~" He said as he handed me the flowers and I took it.

"Aww thanks Travis. They're beautiful"

"Not as beautiful as you"

I giggled and asked, "But why didn't you give them to me a while ago?"

"Well I knew KC was going to do that so I didn't want to try to make her explode too much"

"Heh. Makes sense" and then we both laughed.

          After for what seem like a few minutes, we finally arrived at our destination. We got out of the car and made our way to the ticket booth. While we were lining up, I began to ask Travis,

"Hey Travis?"

"Yeah?"

"What movie are we gonna watch?"

"I don't know. Whatever you like is fine by me."

"But I'm okay with whatever you like."

"Oh so its okay for me to choose a horror movie?~" he smirked. My eyes widen and I said,

"Uhhh nope! Anything but that!"

Travis bursted into laughter and said,

 "Hahahahah its okay, we're not gonna go with a horror movie. How about we watch Sonic the Hedgehog?"

"Isn't that for kids?"

"Well a lot of people liked it"

"As long as Tails is there, I'm game." He and I both laughed and smiled as we agreed to the movie.

          After we bought the tickets, since the movie will start in about an hour, we then thought of getting some dinner before we watch the movie. After dinner, we went to the snack booth to line up for some snacksand drinks for the movie. All of a sudden, we heard a voice coming from behind us.

"Travis? Is that you?"

We both turned around and saw a girl with blonde hair and brown eyes.

"Cassie? Its so good to see you!"

Travis and I guess her name is Cassie, hugged each other and after a few seconds they let go.

"Its been so long. How've you been?" Travis asked.

"I've been good. How about you Travis?"

"Good as well. Oh and Cassie, this is my girlfriend Katelyn. Katelyn, this is Cassie. Remember I always get the role of Romeo in every single Romeo and Juliet play? Well she was one of the Juliets of mine."

"Wow, its so good to see you."

"Good to see you too Katelyn. Hey, you're that director of that modern Romeo and Juliet in the neighborhood play, right?"

"Yep that's me."

"Well you did an amazing job. Congrats!"

"Aww thanks Cassie"

It was then our turn to order buy some snacks and once we were done, we decided to wait for Cassie since she was next after us. Cassie then finished buying some snacks and walked towards us.

"Hey guys!" Cassie greeted.

"Hey Cassie! Are you gonna watch Sonic with us?" Travis asked.

"Nah, I'm watching a different movie. Oh by the way Travis, if ever your girlfriend here dumps you, feel free to call me." She winks at him.

"What's that suppose to mean?" Travis questioned Cassie.

"Oh its nothing, I just think that if ever something bad happens to you and Katelyn's relationship, you can always ask me out."

"You think I would want my relationship with Travis be ruined like the same thing that happened before?" I asked but in a more, angry kind of way.

"Oh so it happened before? Aww Travis, you should've just called me. By now you wouldn't even be with this pile of trash."

"Excuse me?!" Thats it! I'm going to end her.

"Travis, don't you see. We were made for each other, just like Romeo and Juliet. I'm more beautiful than her and I'm more perfect than her as well."

"Okay, first of all, you better back off!! And second, that was rude and offensive."

"I'm just stating some facts Katelyn."

"Facts?! Oh why you little-" before I could even finish, Travis cut me off.

"Katelyn, calm down." He said as he held my hand and continued,  

"Cassie, knock it off. Katelyn's right, you're just being rude and offensive to my girlfriend. You better watch that big mouth of yours."

"But Travis I-"

"Cassie that's enough!"

Cassie sighed and replied, "You know Travis, ever since you knew Katelyn back in high school, you never actually moved on from her. You never even tried to ask another girl out pr you never laid eyes on any girl. Its just her. How in the world do you not move on?!"

"Because I love her! That's what love is about: you don't give up on that person. And I've been doing that ever since high school. So why not we go on our seperate ways and hope that you learn how to talk properly." (Woah Travis)

It was dead silent between the three of us until Cassie just goes with a "Hmph".

"You okay, Katelyn?"

"Yeah I'm alright. Thanks Travis." I replied and kissed his cheek.

"Come on, we got a movie to watch." Travis said as we walked to the movie house and begin watching the movie.

Two hours later...(Or was it one hour? I forgot how long the movie was XD)

          We just finished the movie and it was already 9:30 p.m. Good thing we stayed 'till the post-credits, or else we wouldn't know that Tails was actually there. So I guess you can say that there's gonna be a second movie.

Travis and I walked out and made our way to the car.

"I can't believe Tails was there!!!!" I said as I squealed.

"Okay okay, Katelyn you have been saying that for that past few minutes."

"I know but I can't help it."

           Once we finally made it to the car, we got in and drove off. I looked out at the window, replaying the moments that just happened few hours ago with Cassie. Damn, she's a total brat. Travis and I weren't really talking that much in the car but I then asked Travis something,

"Hey Trav?"

"Yeah blueberry?"

"Was Cassie right about...how you never moved on from me since high school? Like, you never actually had a date with anyone nor actually fallen in love with any girl...or guy atleast?"(I'm not sure if Travis is straight or bisexual but Imma just place that there just in case)

"Well yeah, you were the only girl I laid my eyes on."

"But why? How do you stay so patient and so determined to think that there was a possible chance that I would like you?"

"Well, I may have been a pervert for quite some time before, but deep down, I loved you and I always have. During high school, I felt so heartbroken to see you being with Jeffory, but I also felt heartbroken because of you breaking up with him. I knew that even if I would think that I might never get the chance to be with you, I have to atleast try. And so when I knew you actually liked me back at Love-Love Paradise, I felt so happy. But I felt sad and broken for us being apart, but I knew it was for the best. Even though we promised ourselves to keep being great friends, I still kept that feeling of loving you more than a friend. And once we finally got a second chance, I knew deep down that I was right all along: that as long as you stay patient, everything will be alright."

I was so speechless. I can't believe that the perverted Travis I know was actually a serious kind of person when it comes to love. I can't believe I literally pushed him away so many times and yet he still comes back. Travis then continues,

"Being patient doesn't only mean waiting until your crush will like you back, it also means being patient through whatever love you are in, either romantically or through friendship. And thats what I learn about from Aphmau and Aaron's relationship: to stay patient. So it didn't matter what kind of love I would experience from you, it would just mean that I have a really great person by my side, romantically or not. I may be a pervert before, but I do learn a lot of things when it comes to love. Even my dad taught me that back at high school, when he knew I liked you."

And there I was, speechless and shocked. Basically I didn't know what to say, all I just did was smiled and kissed his cheek as I saw him smile to my action.

We finally arrived at my house, I got the flowers with me and before I could leave, I kissed Travis cheek again and said,

"Thank you Travis, for the date...and for being patient for me. Even though I was a total pain to you."

He smiled and replied, "Its okay Katelyn"

I leaned in and kissed him. I can tell he was a bit shock but finally melted in the kiss and kissed back. After a few seconds, we broke the kiss. We just lovingly stared into each other's eyes while Travis tucked in a portion of my hair begind my ear. We both smiled before I got out of the car and said to him.

"I love you Travis"

"I love you too Katelyn"

He drove off as I opened the door and entered the house. I was greeted by Kawaii-Chan's screaming as she squealed,

"EEEEEEEEEEE TELL KAWAII-CHAN EVERYTHING ON WHAT HAPPENED TO KATELYN-SAMA AND TRAVIS-KUN'S DATE!!!!!!"

I sighed and rolled my eyes but began to laugh.

MY SHIP!!!!!!! AAAAHHH TRAVLYN IS MY OTP SO THATS WHY I'M FANGIRLING RIGHT NOW!!!!!! *ahem* ummmm.... Anyways, thanks for reading this oneshot amd I hoped you enjoyed it!!
