Aaron's POV

          I just came back home from the grocery store to buy some stuff. As I finally made it back home, I opened the door and entered my house. "Aph? Babe? I'm back!" I yelled, sadly I didn't receive any response.

Celestia, Alexander and Eli looked really excited to see me, probably because of how long I've been gone. "Aww, did you miss your daddy?~" Celestia, Alexander and Eli kept jumping around as I laughed.

"Anyways, have you seen Aphmau? It doesn't seem like he's here" I questioned my pets. The three changed their expressions from excitement to sadness.

          That's strange, I thought to myself. I head upstairs and went to mine and Aaron's room and changed into some comfy clothes. After that, I walked into the hallways where I heard...crying? Ok this is getting weird. I tried to trace down where that crying was coming from and it was coming from the bathroom.

I knocked on the door, "Babe? Are you there?" I heard sniffles and she finally replied,

"Yeah"

"Are you okay though?"

"Yup, I'm just *sniffs* thinking about stuff. You don't have to worry about me"(Well he's your husband so of course he needs to worry about you)

"Aph, whether you want me to go in or not, I'm still going in" 

Without hesitation, I opened the door and found Aphmau sitting on the ground with tissues on the ground. I stared into her bloodshot eyes and wiped her tears.

"Aph, what happened to you? Why are you crying??"

"Its nothing Aaron, you dont have to worry about me." I can tell she was lying and she kept sobbing.

"Babe, you know you can tell me anything. What's wrong?"

"Aaron, I said I'm fine. Its okay, I'm alright"

"Aphmau, you know your lies aren't fooling me. Now tell what happened"

Aphmau gave up and so she started to explain, "Aaron, everyone knows you're an Ultima. And through the Lycan blood, the curse has been passed down to many generations...."

I was a bit shocked and confused, this was so sudden and why would she bring up a topic like this? She continued,

"If we ever had a child, won't that mean he or she would carry that curse??"

I sat there silent, having a moment to think. I sighed and answered, 

"Yeah....no matter what, the curse will just continue to pass it on to future generations of the Lycan family. Why do you ask?"

Aphmau stood there silent, not wanting to reply.

"Aph, just tell me... Why are you asking this??"

She started to sob and I began to comfort her. "Shhh, everything's okay"

"No its not okay!!"(Chill Aphmau)

"Aph, whats gotten into you??"

"Aaron, I-I'm scared"

"Of what?"

"I'm scared that... What if, if we ever have a child, he or she might carry the curse and whatever happened to you, will happen to our child??"

"Then...we'll do everything we can to still make our child a happy and safe kid. The GF said that they will try to treat the Ultimas much better than how they treated us before."

"But Aaron, you've been isolated almost your whole life just because of this kind of situation. I don't want that to happen to our child. What if he or she gets isolated his or her whole life? What if he or she will soon be in the same tragic experience we had back at Starlight?? What if people see her as a monster and kids will hate him or her?? What if-"

"Hey hey hey.... Shhh calm down. Your overthinking this. First of all, my dad didn't know what was best of me until you came into my life. He didn't know that being alone by myself was the wrong choice he made. Second, if the Guardian Forces ever strikes back just because our child and his or her dad are Ultimas, as long as we have each other and our friends, then we can stand together as one."

Aphmau kept sobbing, I can tell she's still worried over the fact that whatever happened to me will happen to our child. Its still so sudden for her to bring up a topic like that but I guess its better to think this kind of situation advance than actually worrying.

"Aph, I love you so much. I won't let anything happen to this family. I promise"

Then, I was able to see her smile again. She wiped some of her tears that were streaming down her cheek.

"Thank you Aaron, and.. I love you too"(Awww)

I chuckled and kissed her forehead. We both embraced each other and I started rubbing her back to comfort even more.

"By the way," I said as she pulls from the hug to look at me, "Why did you ask me about if ever our child will experience the same thing I have as an Ultima???"

"Oh...Well, ever since we got married, the thought of us having a kid was kind of stuck in my head and I couldn't help but think about the child with the Ultima curse. So I began to worry a lot since your history of the Lycan family with the Ultima curse wasn't as good as we thought about, I just began to worry." she let out a nervous laugh but I chuckled.

"Like I said, nothing bad is going to happen to our family, our friends, us and you." I said as I tuck a section of her hair behind her ear.

          We sat there in silence, just enjoying each other's company. I mean I'm not gonna lie, it would be kind of stressful to the fact that possibly our child will carry the curse. But I know that isolating him or her from the outside world is completely wrong. My thoughts were continuing to wonder but were disturbed by Aphmau's voice.

"Hey Aaron?"

"Yeah babe?"

"Umm... There's another reason why I was talking about our child possibly carrying the Ultima curse.."

"Really?? What is it??"

"Um... Aaron...the reason why is beacause.."

"Because??"

"I-I..."

(Yes..)

(Keep going..)

"I'm pregnant"
