The Battle of Emotions

A.N: An Au where Galahad was our servant instead of Mash. Prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions.

The burning sands of the Camelot Singularity set the stage for a confrontation unlike any other. The air was tense with anticipation as Galahad, summoned as a Servant, stood face to face with his father, Lancelot. The once-proud knight of the Round Table now looked at his son with a mixture of regret and sorrow.

Lancelot, his heart heavy with guilt, could not bring himself to draw his blade. "Galahad, my son, I have wronged you in ways I can never atone for. I cannot fight you."

But Galahad, consumed by years of pent-up anger and resentment, was deaf to his father's pleas. His eyes blazed with fury as he launched himself at Lancelot, his shield gleaming in the harsh sunlight. "Fight back, you coward! Show me the warrior you claim to be!"

Each strike was fierce and relentless, driven by the pain of abandonment and betrayal. Lancelot, though a mighty knight, could only defend himself, his movements sluggish and filled with hesitation. "I made terrible mistakes," Lancelot admitted, his voice strained. "But I love you, Galahad. I have always loved you, and I would never hurt you."

Galahad's rage only intensified. "You call this love? You abandoned your duties, your family, and your honor. You deserve nothing but my wrath!"

The desert seemed to hold its breath as the battle continued, Galahad's attacks growing more desperate. He screamed, shouted, and hollered at Lancelot to fight back, to give him a reason to end his life. But Lancelot remained steadfast, his eyes filled with tears.

"I failed you, Galahad, but I never stopped loving you. I made a terrible decision when I had that affair, and I admit that I screwed up with you too. But my love for you is true, and I would never intentionally hurt you."

Galahad, overwhelmed by a storm of conflicting emotions, slammed his shield down next to Lancelot's head. Tears streamed down his face as he screamed and cried, cursing his father. The raw pain in his voice echoed across the battlefield, a testament to the depth of his suffering.

Lancelot, with a bittersweet yet relieved smile, reached out to hold his son for the first time. "I love you, Galahad. More than words can express."

As Galahad felt his father's embrace, a realization dawned upon Lancelot. Arturia had lost her way, and his loyalty to a misguided king paled in comparison to the love of a father. In that moment, Lancelot made a choice. He would no longer fight for a kingdom that had strayed from its ideals. He would fight for his son, for love, and for redemption.

With renewed purpose, Lancelot stood by Galahad's side, ready to change the course of his destiny. Together, they would face the challenges ahead, united by the bond of a father and son, stronger than any knightly oath.
