It's not. I live hear and it's really not I swear.

I just got another flash flood warning on my phone.

Yes another.

It has rained sooooo much this year.

My school shut down for a whole week because no one could get to it through all the water in the roads.

My house is elevated so I'm fine, but other people aren't.

There's this really bad neighborhood called Greenspoint --known locally as Gunspoint-- and it was just starting to get better. The people were getting money, and jobs.

Some of them drowned in their houses this year. With all the water damage I'm worried about it actually becoming worse.

Maybe I'll go kayaking in someone's street later. I wanted to go to the creek by my house, but it's going way too fast now and it's taking up the entire surrounding forest so I don't think we can after all.

Someone teach me about the shrug emoji? Like I don't know how they do that.

New favorite thing: Teenagers getting waaaay too into children's movies. Like watching a doctor suess movie on the last day of school and some girl is yelling from the back about how the momma bird is a "bitch ass hoe".
