My fish Gee Buttersnaps, may he rest in peace, passed away today :'( and I'm very sad. He's the goldish one in the picture. I don't know what caused the death. Gee didn't have any visible signs of disease or injury and the water test i ran showed all the chemicals and temperature as they should be.

I named Gee Buttersnaps after one of the fake names Shawn made for Gus in Psych. This was the most good natured fish in the school. The others chase eachother occasionally but Gee Buttersnaps wasn't aggressive at all. I found Gee Buttersnaps lying in the bottom of the yellow submarine when I went to feed them supper. Buttersnaps died in his favorite place. I held a funeral in the front flower bed about half an hour ago.

With fish you don't really get to pet them or train them or anything. They basically live in another world than me. A society separated by glass. They interact with eachother not me, but they are pack animals like humans, that need contact, they form schools. Which means they care about eachother and get lonely like people do. I don't know how fish feel about death though. But this was a living being, created by God, put in my care, and yeah I feel guilty and sad. Gee Buttersnaps was a good fish.

I have to get another fish tomorrow. My fish need to be a school of five otherwise they'll get really aggressive and paranoid because they need safety in numbers to be happy.

I'm just sad right now though. I miss my fish.
