Coffee

I need a movie where one of the female characters to be like "I like my men the way I like my coffee."

And her friends says "but you don't like coffee."

"Exactly." And then she just kisses the other girl.

and the characters sexualities can't be a plot device and there needs to be no focus on the fact that the main characters are lesbian they just need to treat it like any other straight relationship. No gay jokes.

We also need a movie that takes place in America and none of the actors are white. No white people. No explanation given. An original movie not a remake.

Oh and more not-white Disney princesses.

Oh and some aromantic/ asexual characters that are human, not sociopaths, not the badguy, not 'broken' or 'empty'.

Because it's ridiculous. Our whitewashed heteronormative sexist stereotyping society is ridiculous.

I'm tired of it all.

Let me tell you why we need these things.

My mom is a counselor. When she was looking for baby dolls for her play room I told her we had a bunch of baby dolls in our garage from when I was a kid.

"But your dolls are all white. I need ethnically diverse baby dolls."

"Why?"

"So if a little black girl wants to play with a doll she can go "this one's like me"."

And yeah we aren't little kids who play with dolls anymore.

We've grown up a bit now.

Now we obsess over fictional characters.

And yeah it would be nice if everyone could look at a character and go "this ones like me."
