An attempt
Ranboo was just walking along the prime path, a light hearted tune being hummed from the boy. He was strangely, in a very happy mood. He felt as if he could do anything that he put his mind to at that moment, but he knew he would quickly loose his motivation and never finish the thing he would have started working on so he instead opted to go on a small walk and just enjoy himself as he had finished all the business he had done at his home so he had some time to just relax for once.
Ranboo couldn't remember the last time he felt this happy but he was really glad he was, it felt nice and he hoped this sudden happiness would stick with him for a while, at least to the end of the day he hoped.
As the tall teen wandered down the path, his tail flicking behind him fondly as he went, seemingly representing the happiness he felt, he was unaware of the pair of blinding white eyes staring at him, the eyes following the teens movement like a predator stalking its prey, waiting for the right moment to strike.
The eyes held little to no emotion, seemingly like two white abyss in a black galaxy where all the stars had vanished and suddenly grouped up to create eye-like shapes, if the eyes were the stars, they held no happiness or comfort in them like the normal stars did that were splattered randomly across the galaxy, the only emotion that was present being a cold glare, something that even the bravest of people would cower under. The shade of the hood the person was wearing hanging over the milky white eyes, a small shine from the suns rays now evident in the cloaked persons eyes.
They watched as the bubbly boy skipped down the path, his walking style reeking with confidence, something which highly confused the cloaked person considering the boy was usually really hesitant at everything he did.
As the boy walked, the hooded figure slithered behind silently, no sound coming from the smooth steps the person took. These steps had been rehearsed until they were perfect but the white eyed figure was aware of the hearing capabilities the enderman hybrid held which urged the skilled hunter to take caution to all the steps they took despite how distracted the boy was. They couldn't have any casualties.
Suddenly, the hunter stepped on a small twig, a small snap erupted from the now broken wood. The noise caused the boy to snap his head in the direction of the sound, his full attention now on the spot where the sound had come from, his stance tense; his multicolored eyes fixated on the spot while his pupils constricted until they became slits, an animalistic aura surrounding the tall boy.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" Ranboo asked, slowly approaching the spot of where the hunter had stepped.
His figure loomed over the spot where the hunter had stepped, causing a shadow to be cast over the twig sitting motionless on the grassy ground. His tail flicked behind him slightly as he stood still, checking if there was any sound or breathing coming from somewhere close by while his eyes darted around the small area, his animalistic persona still present in his figure.
Once he got nothing, his pupils immediately dilated back to their usual, healthy circle while his stance and tail relaxed as he turned away, continuing his small walk down prime path, coming to the conclusion it was just a figment of his imagination, his humming continuing as he went.
The figure had unknowingly being holding their breath during that whole 'interaction' while they hid behind a tree, causing the hunter to let out a small sigh of relief before quickly turning their attention back to the boy, their movement now slow and steadily paced to make sure nothing like that happened again. They mentally scolded themself at the stupid mistake, that small mistake could've messed up the whole operation, but they won't make that mistake again, not twice.
Eventually the boy came to the end of the prime path, finding himself infront of Skeppy's and Bad's house.
Ranboo stared up in awe at the mansion like house, he always wondered how Bad and Skeppy created this house, considering the two were practically polar opposites. Speaking of Skeppy, where is he? The tall hybrid hasn't seen him for a good long while and it's actually starting to annoy him that he doesn't know the whereabouts of the diamond lover.
As the teen pondered in his thought, he failed to notice the the cloaked figure starting to approach him, too deep in his thoughts to register any sort of sound.
A loud thump pulled the boy from his thoughts along with the sound of a sword getting pulled from its holder. This caused the boy to turn his head around, his heterochromic eyes widening in surprise. Ranboo leaned to the side quickly, narrowly dodging the incoming sword.
As the boy turned to dodge another swipe, the tip of the sword cut deeply into his left arm, causing the teen to muffle a scream.
He backed away hurriedly, turning to face his attacker to only gasp in surprise.
"Bad!?" Ranboo yelled, clutching his now bleeding arm in an attempt to stop the bleeding and numb the pain.
"The one and only~" Bad sung, holding the now slightly bloody sword firmly in his hands.
"What are you doing here!? Why are you attacking me!?" Ranboo asked, his voice being laced with anger hoping to mask the sense of fear and dread the boy felt.
"Oh Ranboo~ it's because I want you to come see the egg, what other reason would I come find you?" Bad giggled sadistically, the giggles almost child like, forging more fear into the already terrified minor.
"I'm not going anywhere near that damn egg! Its causing enough problems as it is and I plan to fix them!" Ranboo yelled angrily, almost releasing a low growl in anger, only just managing to swallow the urge down.
"But Ranboo! You're missing out on so much greatness! The egg can give you whatever you want, doesn't that sound exciting?" Bad stated, hoping to sway the teen into giving in to his intentions.
"Did the egg give you Skeppy!? Did it!?" Ranboo yelled, immediately regretting yelling that knowing he hit a nerve.
Bad stayed silent, his demeanour immediately changing from a bright bubbly sadistic aura to a dark and broody atmosphere, the grip on his sword handle tightening at the mention of his missing friend.
"Don't talk about sGeppy" Bad muttered coldly, his tone of voice sending a chill down the enderman hybrids spine.
Ranboo took this opportunity and ran, his speed increasing at an alarming rate. Bad stayed still, watching as the teen ran in the direction of his house in the chilling plains biome. He decided not to follow, knowing full well he wouldn't be able to catch up nor sway Ranboo to join the egg. With an exhausted sigh, he sheathed his slightly bloodied enchanted netherite sword, turning in the opposite direction the teen had went and walked away, thoughts coming and going as they pleased.
Ranboo ran for what felt like hours, his cut open arm still oozing with neon green blood, his hand clasped over it in an attempt at stopping the bleeding but ended in not doing anything but cover his hand in his blood.
He quickly found himself in the familier snow biome he had found home in and rushed to his house, bursting down his door, his tail closing it behind him once he entered the house, immediatly starting to scramble around his house to find any sort of cloth to bandage his now aching wound, his arm remaining limp at his side.
The teen opened chest after chest, soon finding a ball of deep ocean blue fabric scrunched up in the corner.
'It'll do until I can find something else' Ranboo thought, taking his blazer and long sleeved white under shirt off so he had better access to the wound, his tie coming off with it. He carefully but quickly started wrapping his bleeding arm up in the banadge, his neon green blood slowly seeping through the fabric but stopped the bleeding nonetheless.
The boy tightened the make shift bandage slightly, wincing in pain at the sudden added pressure but quickly adjusted to the slight amount of pain.
Ranboo leaned over a chest, running a hand through his fluffy hair subconsciously. Why did Bad attack him? Did he do something to annoy him? He was sure he hadn't as far as he was aware, either that or he forgot because of his stupid memory.
He stayed leaning on the chest for a while, taking deep breaths to hopefully calm his high nerves as well as clear his head.
His thoughts got interrupted by light knocking at his door. Ranboo sighed in relief, thankful to be distracted from his thoughts.
He slowly stood up from the chest and walked over to the door. He grabbed the door handle and turned the knob, the door opening to reveal none other than the blood god himself, the cold sending a shiver down his spine at the cold breeze rushing into his house.
"Hi Techno, what can I do for you?" Ranboo asked his injured arm still limp at his side.
"Nothing much, just wanted to talk about something. Mind if I come in?" Techno stated, his blood red eyes darting to the boys interior before looking back at the boy.
"Of Course" Ranboo replied, stepping out the way to let the piglin hybrid through.
The blood god stepped inside, he looked around, slightly impressed at the interior design. He would never actually admit it but he was actually fairly impressed with the progress the boy had accomplished in such a short amount of time, but he would never say that to the boys face, at least not directly.
Ranboo closed the door behind him, leaning against a wall opposite the older hybrid.
"What did you want to talk about?" Ranboo asked, raising a brow at the man, curiosity slowly growing in his being.
"Well, I-" Techno started, immediatly cutting himself off when his eyes landed on the make shift bandage wrapped firmly around his injured arm.
"Ranboo, what's that?" Techno asked, pointing to the slightly bloodied rag on the boys arm.
"Oh, this? It's nothing to worry about. Bad wanted me to join the eggpire and when I said no....." Ranboo trailed off, looking at his arm, thinking about what Bad said.
Techno remained silent for a moment, the voices in his head that were once silent now getting louder and louder, telling the piglin hybrid to go after the hunter. He sighed, looked at Ranboo, an uncertain look plastered across the boys face, deciding to ignore the voices for a while but promised them that he would get them blood, that seemed to calm them down, quickly making a mental note to go 'visit' bad later to hopefully please the voices in his head.
"Alright, I'll save what I was gonna tell you for later. Catch" Techno decided before pulling out a small roll of bandages, chucking it to the boy who promptly caught it.
"Change the bandage and meet me outside, there are a couple zombie villages I need to round up and cure." Techno reasoned, heading out the door but stopped for a moment and saying loudly.
"By the way, put a shirt on." And with those words, the blood god walked out the door, a deep chuckle resonating from his being as he walked closer to his house, leaving the boy to his own devices.
Ranboo blushed, embarrassed at the fact that Techno pointed his bare torso out. He quickly shook away his thoughts and started unwrapping the bloodied cloth and re-wrapping the clean bandage around his now scabbed over cut, making the process a lot quicker.
He swiftly started putting on a different white shirt and blazer, taking him about a minutes max before going out of his house and to Technos small cottage, a small smile spreading across his face the closer he got to the mans house.
He felt happy, the mood swing coming back from the beginning of the day.
