BREAKING FAST OF POOR PEOPLE !!

The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whoever feeds the person who is breaking his fast, he will have his reward (for his fasting) without decreasing anything from the reward of the fasting person.”

[Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah - Classed as Sahih by Sh al-Albaani]

Allah (May He be glorified andexalted) states that one of the characteristics of the believers whodeserveParadise is that they feed others. Allah says (interpretationof the meaning):

“And they give food, in spite of their love for it (or for the love ofHim), to the Miskeen (the poor), the orphan, and the captive, (Saying): ‘We feed you seeking Allah’s Countenance only. We wish forno reward, nor thanks from you.

‘Verily, We fear from our Lord a Day, hard and distressful, that willmake the faces look horrible (from extreme dislike to it).’

So Allah saved them from the evil of that Day, and gave them Nadhrah(a light of beauty) and joy.

And their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, becausethey were patient” [Al-Insaan 76:8 - 12]

The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “You will not enter Paradise until you truly believe and you will not truly believe until you love one another.” (Sahih Muslim)

In another narration from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (radi Allahu anhu)that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam):“What is the best thing in Islam?” He said, “Feeding others and givingthe greeting of salaam to those whom you know and those whom you donot know.” (Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim)

May we able to help someone break their fast and gain rewards ..Aameen Summa Aameen
