I'm a lil late but hey, this chapter is about kissing lol

Taehyung kissed Jeongguk.

The moment Taehyung's lips met Jeongguk's, his eyes fluttering close in an instant, a wave of bliss rushed through his whole body. His stomach fluttered with butterflies and he fisted his hands on his sides, not knowing what else to do with them. His mind was chaos, with his heart beating erratically in his chest and his nerves taking the best of him.

Seconds later, Taehyung was pulling away from Jeongguk, eyes wide and fingers restless from nervousness. He looked at Jeongguk, who still had his eyes closed. His rosy lips were parted slightly open and a small smile decorated his lips. His cheeks were dusted pink beautifully. It took a few more moments for Jeongguk's eyes to flutter open.

Behind Jeongguk's thin eyelids were the most beautiful pair of eyes Taehyung had ever seen. Big, round doe-like eyes that shone as if they had swirling galaxies inside of them. They were filled with so much wonder and happiness that Taehyung felt himself suck in a breath. Jeongguk looked simply breathtaking.

Jeongguk's black, twinkling orbs stared back at Taehyung's chocolate brown ones. They shared a few moments together, exchanging an unspoken intimacy between them. Both basking in each other's warmth with no touches.

Jeongguk was the first to break the silence with a small giggle.

His lips stretched revealing perfect, adorable bunny teeth, eyes crinkling at the edges as he grinned at Taehyung.

The sight made Taehyung let out the breath he didn't know he was holding. His heart swelled in his ribcage, happiness and ease spreading through his body and soul. He felt his own lips stretch into a smile and a giggle of his own escape.

"You have no idea how much I wanted to feel your lips against mine, Taehyung," Jeongguk said, voice hushed. Taehyung felt his hand come to cup the omega's cheek. He instantly and instinctively leaned in, eyes fluttering close against the alpha's warmth.

Taehyung's smile widened. "I did too," He said a little breathlessly.

Jeongguk's grin widened his eyes now crescent moons from the visible overflow of happiness. Taehyung couldn't help his own grin at the other boy's actions. He felt Jeongguk's other hand come in contact with Taehyung's hand and the omega instantly laced his fingers with the other boy's. They stayed like that, faces inches away and Taehyung's face resting against Jeongguk's hand.

"Tae?" Jeongguk whispered after a few seconds.

"Hmm?"

"Can I kiss you again?"

"Yes," Taehyung whispered.

Jeongguk smiled and leaned in. Taehyung closed his eyes as he felt the alpha's lips ghost against his own. The next moment Jeongguk's lips were on his own.

Taehyung's hand squeezed Jeongguk's and he felt the alpha smile against his lips. This seemed to calm Taehyung's nerves.

Taehyung had no idea what he was supposed to do when he's being kissed. Was he supposed to hold his partner? To touch his neck? Hair? Or get involved in the kiss in some way? His inexperience made him anxious.

"Relax a little for me, baby" Jeongguk whispered against Taehyung's lips.

Taehyung let out a whimper.

"Stop worrying" Jeongguk whispered. "Let me take care of you"

His words made Taehyung's anxiety ease. OR maybe it was the alpha's pheromones. The way Jeongguk seemed to release calming pheromones for Taehyung to let him know he's safe. That he's alright and that he's in good hands.

Jeongguk's lips were on his again, pressing a little more this time. He felt the alpha tilt his head and take Taehyung's bottom lip in between his lips. He felt him suck it a little before releasing it.

Taehyung felt the need to hold Jeongguk in some way, other than his hand. So he placed his hand on Jeongguk's neck before shifting his own head to the side to give the alpha more access.

Taehyung felt Jeongguk's breath fan against his cheek before Jeongguk removed his mouth from the omega's then dive in again from another angle. Taehyung's hand tightened its hold on the alpha's neck, thumb pressing against the side as Jeongguk took his bottom lip in between his lips again.

Jeongguk kept kissing Taehyung for a few more seconds as he rode a beautiful euphoria every time their lips met and the alpha made Taehyung's tummy erupt with butterflies.

However, what made Taehyung gasp out was Jeongguk taking his bottom lip in between his teeth. Taehyung's eyes sprang open, hormones starting to sing in his veins and the warmth between them starting to grow by the second.

Taehyung saw Jeongguk still have his eyes closed as he passionately kissed him. Taehyung quickly closed his eyes, unable to keep them open when all he wanted to do was moan.

Taehyung's gasp was the perfect opportunity for Jeongguk to lick into Taehyung's mouth, making another gasp to escape the omega's mouth. He felt himself lean in closer as his pheromones spiked up. This time not from happiness or anxiety or bliss like before.

But from arousal.

Sensing this, Jeongguk pulled Taehyung closer, his hand which was previously on the omega's neck traveling down to his hip to add a slight pressure there and Taehyung's body reacted on its own. He felt himself instinctively press closer to Jeongguk, their kiss breaking for a split second as Taehyung climbed onto the alpha's lap, legs on either side of Jeongguk on the wide bench.

"Jeongguk" Taehyung whispered against his mouth.

Jeongguk didn't respond. Instead, he attached his mouth right onto Taehyung's, tongue slipping into the omega's mouth making a moan erupt from Taehyung.

Jeongguk chuckled lowly into Taehyung's mouth and he kept going, licking the insides of his cheeks and their tongues entangled together.

Taehyung let a whine escape his lips and a low growl escaped Jeongguk's throat in response to that. The sound made Taehyung's arousal sky-rocket.

"Jeonggukkie" Taehyung whined and Jeongguk drew away from him. Taehyung's eyes fluttered open to see Jeongguk's dark orbs staring back at him, now darker than before, if possible. Taehyung didn't have to take many guesses to find the reason behind it. The only explanation was lust. Arousal.

"Tae" Jeongguk whispered.

Taehyung pressed his forehead against the alpha's, pants escaping his parted lips. He could finally smell it. The thickness of the pheromones around them. A mixture of both of theirs. But more than anything, the arousal.

"What are you doing to me, Taehyung?"

Taehyung let out a breathy chuckle. His heart still pounded like crazy and his hormones sang in his veins. His mind was frizzy and he felt like he was floating. He was on cloud nine.

He couldn't think straight at all. His brain seemed to be in a thousand places all at once. But his every thought consisted of Jeongguk and his lips on Taehyung.

However, he could process one thing: Jeongguk was one hell of a good kisser.

Jeongguk pressed another kiss to Taehyung's lips, catching his off-guard. It was a small peck and he drew away to smile at Taehyung. The omega smiled back dreamily.

"How was your first kiss?"

Taehyung gasped. "How did you know it was my first kiss?"

"From the way you kiss" Jeongguk grinned. "If you had any experience you'd have kissed back so much more"

"So it was bad?" Taehyung whispered.

"No! Of course not. I loved it. I've never felt the need to kiss someone as much as you. And it was perfect"

Taehyung smiled shyly. "I loved it too"

"It was so good that I even popped a boner"

Taehyung gasped. "Guk!"

Jeongguk laughed and plated another kiss on his lips.

"How are you so blunt?" Taehyung said in disbelief. "So shameless"

Jeongguk's hands squeezed Taehyung's sides. "You can see how shameless actually am later on," He said with a wink.

Taehyung scoffed playfully. "Calm thyself"

"You talk as if your dick isn't pressing against mine"

Taehyung gasped. It was only then did it click that he was still on Jeongguk's lap and their bodies were pressed together. Taehyung tried to detach himself from the other boy quickly but Jeongguk's hands pulled him right back in.

"Why are you shy?" Jeongguk whispered.

"I'm not!"

Jeongguk smirked and planted another kiss on Taehyung's lips. "You're amazing, Tae"

"And you're whipped"

"For you"

Taehyung rolled his eyes. "Shut up"

Jeongguk laughed. Taehyung placed his mouth on Jeongguk's to shut him up and it worked. The alpha stopped laughing and kissed him back.

"I didn't know kissing felt this nice" Taehyung whispered against Jeongguk's lips.

"Now you do," Jeongguk said, pecking Taehyung's lips once again. "I can make you feel good any day"

"That sounds sexual"

"You can take it any way you want and it'll be true in every way"

"You really are shameless"

"You can't blame me for wanting an omega as gorgeous as you"

"Guk!"

Jeongguk laughed. Taehyung looked at him fondly, lips curling into a small smile as he looked at the boy with eyes overflowing with wonder. Jeongguk truly had the most beautiful pair of eyes Taehyung had ever seen.

They stared at each other like that for a few moments, both of them smiling and basking in the warmth between them. Everything felt perfect. At least until Jeongguk broke the silence between them.

"Why did you kiss me, Tae?"

Taehyung was not prepared for that question. He looked away. He didn't know what to tell Jeongguk. He himself was confused as to what he was doing and why he was doing it.

All he knew was he wanted to do a lot of things with Jeongguk.

"I don't know" Taehyung whispered.

"What do you mean, baby?" Jeongguk whispered. "You don't have to tell me right now. I know feelings can be confusing. You can take your time"

"I like you" Taehyung blurted out, to both of their surprises.

Jeongguk's eyes widened. "You do?"

Taehyung gulped. "I want to spend time with you. I want to be with you. I like being around you. I think about you all the time. I wish you were with me when I'm alone. I wish I could be with you when I'm with my friends. I wish to see you every day and I want to know more about you. I want you to be with me in my future too"

"Oh"

"I don't know what that means. I've never had a boyfriend before. I'm gay so I don't like girls" Taehyung said in a small voice. "I don't know what these feelings are, Jeongguk. But I think I have feelings for you"

How could Taehyung not have feelings for Jeongguk? Jeongguk made him feel special. He looked at Taehyung with those sparkling eyes filled with wonder. They visibly lit up every time they landed on Taehyung. Jeongguk made Taehyung feel important. He always appreciated him and made Taehyung feel good about himself.

Jeongguk's words made him feel a little prettier. A little less insecure.

"That's alright" Jeongguk whispered. "Your feelings don't have to make sense. But hearing this makes me feel so happy, Tae. You have no idea"

"Jeongguk I want to date you too. But..."

"Your parents?"

"They will kill me if they knew"

"I understand" Jeongguk nodded. "I just wish you would do what makes you happy, baby"

Taehyung nodded. "Being with you would make me happy"

"Then do it. I will take care of you and love you with my life"

Taehyung smiled. "Don't say that"

"It's the truth" Jeongguk whispered. "I like you so much that I could cry"

Taehyung giggled. "I like you too"

"Say that again"

"I like you, Jeon Jeongguk"

Jeongguk grinned. "I heard silver bells when I saw you for the first time"

"You heard what?"

Jeongguk laughed. "I mean not literally but I knew you were the one"

"God, you're such a simp"

"Only for you"

"What do you mean silver bells?"

"It's a Japanese myth. When you meet your soul mate you hear silver bells ringing"

"Oh Right," Taehyung nodded. "You think I'm the one?"

"Yes"

"You're such a hopeless romantic"

"Aren't you?"

Taehyung shrugged. "Maybe"

"I want to experience romance with you"

"Jeongguk..."

"It doesn't matter what we are. All it matters to me is that you like me back"

Taehyung nodded. "But..."

"But what?"

Taehyung pouted, eyes unable to meet Jeongguk's. He fumbled with his fingers nervously.

"You can tell me anything, Tae. I won't be mad at you or anything"

Taehyung rose his gaze to meet Jeongguk's. The alpha's gaze was unwavering and soft. Genuine, Taehyung thought. He knew he could trust Jeongguk. Taehyung already did.

"Can we not have labels?"

Jeongguk smiled. "Of course. We can do whatever you're comfortable with doing"

Taehyung nodded, relief flooding over him. "Thank you"

"Don't thank me. I will never force you to do anything you're uncomfortable with. I told you. You liking me back brings me so much happiness"

Taehyung smiled at him. "Don't you want to be boyfriends, though?"

"I do but I don't want anything you don't want. Let's go at your pace. You can take the lead in this relationship. Whatever this is"

"But-"

"No buts. We can do whatever you want and I will wait for you to say you want something else. Or have a label. I don't care about labels, Tae. I just want you. And you like me back. That makes me feel like I'm on top of the world"

Taehyung smiled softly. "Okay," He whispered.

"If you want, we can go forever without labels. I won't care. Instead, let's be honest with each other?"

"Of course"

"Are your parents the only reason you don't want labels?"

"Yeah," Taehyung said. "I'm scared of being found out by them. They don't want me to get involved with any alphas and they'll disown me if they find out I have a boyfriend"

"I understand," Jeongguk said nodding. "So we'll keep this thing a secret?"

"Yeah. I'm just scared, Guk. I want to go out with you and I want to call you my boyfriend but I'm scared"

"I understand. Maybe with time, we can figure something out"

"Okay," Taehyung said nodding. "I will give you my yes to going out when I'm ready. When I find myself some guts to do that"

"It's your parents. We love them, after all. Whatever they do. I know how hard it is to go against them. So do whatever you're comfortable with. I will always be here for you"

Taehyung smiled. He felt like tearing up. "Okay"

"Good. Now kiss me"

Taehyung giggled. Jeongguk grinned back at him. Unable to resist Jeongguk's words, he closed the gap between them.

"Where have you been?"

The feminine voice that rang through the house made Taehyung jump and turn around. The smile that previously curled his lips upwards while he thought about the happenings of that day dropped upon hearing it. He saw his mother standing a few feet away from him in his living room, arms folded against her chest and a feeling of fear and anxiety took over him.

"I was at the library," Taehyung said. He did his best to sound confident. "I was studying"

"The library?" She said, slowly advancing towards Taehyung. "Liar"

Taehyung's eyes widened. "What do you mean-"

"I called Jimin"

Taehyung took a deep breath to calm his erratic heartbeat. "So?"

"He said you were with him. Not in the library"

"He was the one who dropped me off, mom"

"Where were you before that?"

"With Jimin, in the library. I stayed behind in the library because I wasn't done with my assignments. He went to his room"

The woman raised an eyebrow at him. "You should come home earlier. It's almost nine now"

"I had assignments to do," Taehyung said dismissively and turned to walk to his room. He had been bubbling with happiness before he entered his house. After Jeongguk dropped him off at Jimin's dorm room, the beta had driven Taehyung home. Throughout the whole ride, Taehyung hadn't been able to shut up about Jeongguk and their kiss, to which Jimin listened attentively with a smile.

Since the moment Jeongguk had dropped him off, Taehyung had been daydreaming. His fingers traveled up to his lips every few minutes as he thought over and over again about every second of their make-out session. He had been reminiscing about the scenario non-stop.

It felt dreamy. It had been his first kiss and Taehyung had always dreamt about how his first kiss would be. He had thought it would be Seojoon since he was supposed to get married to the older. But in all honesty, Taehyung never wanted to kiss him.

The first person he wanted to kiss so desperately had been Jeongguk. Now that they finally had kissed, Taehyung couldn't help but smile at the memory of it. The kiss had been perfect. His daydreams about his first kiss are not comparable to this one. For it felt a million times better than what he had bargained for.

He doesn't remember the last time he was this happy. He felt like he was straight out of a fairytale and he was unexplainably happy. He didn't want to talk with his mother and get his mood changed. Because conversations with her always lead to tears.

"Where are you going?" his mother's voice was loud and Taehyung halted in his steps.

"To my room?"

The mother started walking towards him and his heartbeat sped upon that. "You smell weird"

"W-what?" Taehyung gulped. Does he smell like Jeongguk?

Taehyung's mother furrowed her eyebrows in suspicion. "Who were you with?"

"I told you-"

"You smell like an alpha"

"I was in the library. There are alphas there obviously-"

"I can't trust you, Taehyung"

"Then don't," Taehyung said.

"What did you say to me?" Her voice was venomous.

Taehyung gulped. "I'm twenty-two years old. I think I'm old enough to decide for myself what I want. I can decide what people I want in my life and who I hang out with"

"Shut it. Are you talking back to me?" she spat. "Know your place. I'm your mother and I'm an alpha"

Taehyung bit back the sob he felt rise up in his throat. "I'm going to my room"

"Stop there. Don't forget that you're supposed to get married to Seojoon. It has been decided. So behave yourself. We didn't raise you to become a whore"

"I'm not a whore" Taehyung screamed. "You all are the ones who raised me to be a slave to alphas"

"That's how it works. You're an omega and you're supposed to act like that. You're always below alphas. That's your rank. No one is going to take any liking in you if you aren't like that"

"That's not true" Taehyung bit back. "That's outdated. You just want to use me as a tool to strengthen the pack. That's all I ever was to you"

"You must be worthy of something. You are an omega and-"

"Mom," Taehyung said, making the woman stop her blabbering. "I get it. No one's going to like me. And I'm fortunate Seojoon even wants to marry me"

"Of course. You must be grateful to him-"

Taehyung shook his head. "And I'm not pretty"

The woman narrowed her eyes at him.

"I'm not what an omega should be. I'm stubborn. I don't listen to alphas. I'm ugly and I'm fat. No one would want me, right?"

"No one wants an ugly and fat omega. That's how it works. So lose some weight. Look at all the flab in your stomach"

"Yeah, I know. No one wants me and I'm not even worthy of someone as handsome as Seojoon, right?" Tears cascaded down his cheeks.

The woman shrugged. "Yes if you keep behaving like that"

"If I'm so ugly and no one wants me, then why are you so overprotective of me?"

"What?"

"No one would want me. They wouldn't even look at me when I walk on the street because I'm that undesirable. I'm ugly and fat. So let me be because there's nothing for you and dad to worry about. No alpha will-"

"Shut up!" The woman spat. "We are doing all of this for your own good. We are telling you to lose weight and be pretty so you can have a good future. You are born an omega so behave that way"

Taehyung shook his head. "I don't want to. I like the way I am right now" And Jeongguk likes it. Jeongguk likes him. He wants to be with Taehyung.

"You need to be prettier for Seojoon. I'm scared when they will call off the marriage if they see what kind of an ignorant boy you are. They will abandon our whole family. Seojoon wouldn't even want to marry you anymore"

Taehyung looked down as tears cascaded down his cheeks. His whole mood is ruined. His heart felt heavy with sorrow.

"If you ever even think about fooling around with another alpha, your father will disown you. We will throw you to the streets"

"How can you say that to me?" Taehyung sobbed. "Am I not your son?"

"I say these things because you are my son. And you're an omega. You-"

"I don't want to act the way you want me to"

The woman's eyes glinted murderously. "You have no other choice"

Taehyung sniffled.

"I talked with Seojoon today. He called me because you weren't answering your phone. See how worried he was? How could you make your alpha worry like that?"

He's not my alpha.

"My battery was dead," Taehyung said through gritted teeth. It wasn't dead. He just had it on silent.

"No one would care about you as Seojoon does. I'm happy that he even likes your dumb ugly self. The least you can do is be prettier and obedient for him"

That's not true. He had other alphas who cared about him. Alphas who actually knew Taehyung for who he really was. Alpha like Hoseok and Jeongguk. Also some of his classmates he talked now and then with.

The woman continued. "Seojoon's father wants you two to get married. He wants you to be ready. It will happen next year. When you're done with your second year"

Taehyung bit back another sob. His hands trembled and he dug his fingernails into his fist. He could feel his skin bruising under his nails. He wanted to weep. Scream and curse. Instead, he spoke.

"I don't want to marry him"

"Excuse me?"

"I don't want to marry Seojoon!" Taehyung screamed.

"What-"

"It's my life! I can do whatever I want with it" Taehyung said through gritted teeth. "I'm not your puppet and I will marry someone who actually loves me. Never Seojoon"

Taehyung turned around and marched out of the house. He could hear his mother screaming after him, for him to get back into the house, and more things that he didn't care enough to listen to.

His feet carried him to the road, across their garden, and out the gate. He walked down the street between the houses belonging to other members of their pack. Darkness surrounded him, only the dim streetlights and lights from the houses on either side of him illuminating the small street.

He could feel the tears run down his cheeks. He wanted to break down there and scream until his heart felt content. But he walked and walked. He only slipped his phone out of his pocket when he reached the main road.

He dialed up a number and brought the phone to his ear. After a few rings, he heard a voice from the other side.

"Hey, baby. Did you get home safe?"

"Jeongguk"

"Tae? Are you crying? What's wrong baby? Are you alright? Where are you?" Jeongguk's voice was rushed and worried.

Taehyung sniffled. "I'm by the road. I'm f-fine but..."

"Where are you?"

"Near the Kim pack residence. C-can you please come pick me up?"

Taehyung heard ruffling on the other side. "I'm on my way. Are you alright? Are you hurt?"

"No, I'm fine. Just come quickly?"

"I will, baby. Just hang in there. I'll be there in ten"

"Okay," Taehyung whispered. "Thank you"

"Can you stay in the call?" Jeongguk said Taehyung heard his bike engine roar into life from the other side.

"It's fine. My battery is almost dead. I'm by the main road so it'll be fine. Just come here safely. Be careful"

Taehyung could hear vehicles roaring now. And honking. Jeongguk was on his way. Taehyung felt relief flood all over him.

"I'm only ten minutes away, okay? I'll be there in no time"

"O-okay" Taehyung whispered.

"Almost there"

"Jeongguk?"

"Yes, baby?"

"I want to tell you something"

"Is it important? I'm almost there"

"Yeah. I decided something"

"I'm listening"

"I want to go out with you"

I Normally don't like writing kiss scenes and I suck at it but I enjoyed writing this one. I really like writing this story 🥰
