Imagine #33 (Ramin Karimloo)
I came out from backstage and peeked out to find Ramin leaning against the brick wall, singing his heart out.
I smiled to myself and quietly stepped out so that I wouldn't disturb him.
His voice was as clear as day, and it sent chills down my spine.
It felt like years had gone by before he turned his head in my direction.
"Sorry," he chuckled sheepishly. "I got a little lost in my singing."
"That's alright," I replied. "Your voice is enough for anyone to get lost in, even yourself, apparently."
Ramin smirked and extended his arm out, placing his finger under my chin.
I always blushed when he did that because it reminded me of his portrayal of the Phantom, and he knew how much I loved him in that role.
"You are gorgeous, my Angel," he said softly. "And I thought Christine was beautiful."
"Wow," I raised my eyebrow playfully. "That's quite the compliment."
He stepped a bit closer and hooked his leg around mine.
"That's not a compliment," he replied in a low voice. "That's a fact."
I fussed with the unbuttoned part of his shirt and turned an even brighter shade of red.
"You should stop before I explode into a pile of rose petals," I giggled. "It'll happen eventually."
Ramin gave me a smile, then kissed my forehead.
"I can't wait to see that," he whispered.
I buried my crimson face into his chest and didn't make any moves to pull back.
He laughed good-naturedly and held me tightly in his arms.
