Ramin led me through the large crowd of people that were forming around outside the theater. 

The premiere for the new Phantom of the Opera movie was in full swing, and I felt exhilarated at the frenetic energy.

Up ahead, I could see Gerard Butler greeting fans at the entrance to the theater, and I felt my heart speeding up in response. 

Ramin glanced over at me and smirked at my reaction. 

"Don't faint on me."

I waved him off and took a deep breath. 

"I'm fine. Just keep your hand on me the whole time."

"Will do," he chuckled.

When we got to the front, I gripped onto Ramin's arm and slightly hid myself behind him. 

He pressed a reassuring kiss to my head, then walked forward. 

Gerard faced us with a pleasant smile and shook Ramin's hand. 

"Nice to meet you," he said, his deep voice sending chills down my spine.

"It's a pleasure," Ramin nodded. "My girlfriend really likes you, so she may be a bit shy."

I waved and muttered a hello.

"Hello," he greeted. "Are you a fan of this musical?"

I nodded. 

"Ramin here is currently playing Raoul on Broadway."

"That's awesome," Gerard smiled. "I promise I won't use my lasso on you."

We both laughed, and Ramin wrapped his arm around my shoulder. 

"I think she would leave with you if she had the choice, to be honest."

"Stop," I said while playfully smacking his chest. "You're the only one I want to be with."

"Sure," he nodded, unconvinced. "Just keep telling yourself that."

I rolled my eyes and shifted my gaze over to Gerard. 

"I can't wait to see you as the Phantom. I have a feeling you'll be great."

"Thank you," he said. "I appreciate your support."

I shyly smiled and hid my face in the crook of Ramin's neck as we moved away and let the next people up.

When we were out of earshot, I squealed like a little girl and held onto Ramin tightly. 

"That was amazing!" I whispered giddily.

He laughed. 

"I love it when you fangirl like this. It's so cute."

I blushed and smacked him again, a little harder than before. 

"You suck, but I love you."

"I know," he winked.
