I wish, quite far removed. Though I pretty much have the personality of a teen, I refuse to grow up and be old, because it's no fun. I recently celebrated (no, celebrated is too strong a word, suffered through the passing of?) my 40th birthday. Mourn the loss of my youth my friends. 

*And since this chapter was published ... I'm now four years older. Oy.

*Lord, I just keep getting older ... I see 50 looming in the near distance. 

* 2-12-2023 ... well crap in two and a half weeks I'll be 50.
