A lot of authors out there had discussed this topic. Even myself is having a hard time dealing with this and still it is sitting on my head, having a good time blocking all the ideas that should have come out a long time ago.

In order to slowly deal with this annoying block, I devised a plan which will help me kick this out.
A friend of mine told me to challenge myself by putting a goal on my writings. She told me to write at least a paragraph each day, take a break, and devote myself into writing dealing with it. It did helped me a lot. But, dear friends, I lost the magic of words when my heart had been broken not just once but many times (we will be discussing this one in the future) so it's really a challenge to create simple paragraphs.

Finding myself having a hard time with these challenges, I came up with a rather another crazy plan. You what that is? Watching Kdramas. I know this sounds ridiculous but mind you, it helped me so much in many aspects. It helped me get ideas about love, friendship, family, trust amd loyalty. I didn't limit myself with only just one Kdramas. Believe it or not, I watched a handful of Kdramas with different genres (fantasy, sci-fi, romance mostly, historical fiction, melodrama, comedy, thriller, suspense and action). I even fell inlove with the characters. I laugh with them, cry with them, get angry with them. I can't help but get fascinated at how these directors had come up with such an amazing plots, mind-blowing dialogues, and reasonable principles of the character an actor/actress is portraying.

Another method I came up is, yes, reading. I read books and of course I read books here on wattpad. Mostly, I read a fantasy-romance books. Fantasy has been a good medium if one wants to improve their description skills. Fantasy novels plays with our ability to imagine a thing, a place, a character, or time. I've been reading stories in wattpad for nearly four years now and I'm always fascinated at how these authors can wrack up my mind when it comes to imagining the story.

In my own opinion, if one plans to write about romance, read a fantasy-romance novels. It will help you with the descriptions as well as the feelings, minus the supernatural phenomenons. Hehe.
