Don't you just hate it when you're in the middle of fighting those pesty village dragons and your hair frizzes from the heat of your winged adversary's fire breath? It's just so inconvenient when it starts getting in your face, and don't just me started on what a nightmare it begins after you defeat the dragons, return the locals their gold, and then return home. Those tangles!

Luckily, there are multiple ways to keep your hair from poofing up and becoming frizzy after facing a man-eating dragon! In addition to helping against fire breath, these tips can also assist you in your quest against humidity, but fighting dragons is a lot more realistic than natural heat, isn't it?

1) Keep your hair tied up

Before you rush off into battle, do your hair up in either a bun or a braid. This will help you mange that frizz before it even happens.

2) Use hair oils and butters

If your hair is particularly thick and rough, coconut oil and shea butter is the way to go if you want to keep the frizzies away. The oil keeps the frizz at bay while the shea butter treats and nourishes your gorgeous lioness's mane. For those of you with normal-ish and/or wavy hair, light hair oils, such as ones with botanical oils with provitamins can help tame your hair.

3) Use straightening balms

In preparation for that intensive heat of a dragon's breath, start applying straightening balm lotions to your hair immediately after you wash your hair. This will straighten your hair and help protect it from frizzing.

4) Make sure your hair is completely dry before going off into heat

While it's understandable that a dragon raid might occur right after you've just finished washing your hair, if you know ahead of time that you're going to go face those flying serpents, make sure your hair is completely dry. Moisture plus heat equals a whole lot of frizz.

5) Use anti-humidity hair spray

Before going off to seize the day and slay your enemies, apply some anti-humidity hair spray to your gorgeous locks! It's the closest thing there is to an anti-dragon's breath hair spray... for now.
