(if u dont get it, which u probably dont (which i wouldnt blame u at all for, tbh, it's not really all that easy to know), this happens whenever one of the members in the mentioned group (in this case, Matsu-OC-Gathering) sends a submission request for someone else's art or journal. And yes, that's my art, so that's y i got this, but the speed after this art was submitted to my gallery and slight miscategorization confused me for a bit-)
