Yk what's absurd

Most of my classmates in my english class apparently has a credit card AND gets like around/at least $30 a month or something

(I'm still partially in disbelief, since i have hav misjudged something, but i saw most of my classmates raised their hands when my teacher specifically asked if anyone had a credit card and got that amount for their allowance every month)

I mean, ik some kids hav allowances but

per month

I barely even HAV a credit card, much less any sort of allowance jesus christ (not that im poor; my family's a middle-class family, or so i believe)

Thats what i call student wealth O.o
