Does anyone know how to properly draw someone standing up?

As in, they were sitting (on the floor), and started to stand up.

I need it for a drawing ;-;

Even just a visual reference of someone doing so would help;;

Specifically,

I want to draw everyone except for Osomatsu getting up from their sitting positions, but it's difficult finding proper references;;;
