When wasps die, do they still stand on the ground as though they're still living except in a really still position?

Or, to phrase it more accurately, if a wasp's not moving AT ALL, yet looks perfectly fine, is it still dead?

Edit: ok nvm, apparently it's still alive aAH

Edit 2: it's all good now;;; just, the wasp is apparently injured enough (from my grandma's prior attacks on it) to the point where it can't fly anymore, or even walk without trembling. I actually felt pity for the poor thing... it seriously didn't deserve its sad fate: to slowly die within my curtains, starved and injured. All bc I accidentally let it in while I was rushing into my house to use the restroom-
