Anyway, to answer your question about how to repost videos:
(I'm just gonna assume you have an iOS device??)

First, you copy and paste the link to the video you want to repost. Then you go to this app:

Then you go here:

Copy and paste in its address bar

Wait for it to load. As soon as the video plays, the app'll prompt you to download it.

After it's finished downloading, click on it

If the app restarted after it downloaded and before you saved it, do this instead:

After you add the video to Notes, you need to go to the note that has the video saved and save it from there:

Then you post it. I definitely don't recommend reposting someone else's video, though, unless you're subbing it (but even then it's recommended you ask the video's owner first). Also, are you also asking how to add subtitles on it? 'Cause you only asked how to repost videos, so idk-
