Besides the awards being announced on Wattpad on Wednesday, this year's awards are over!

I guess this was to be expected since I ran the PWA basically on my own this year (except towards the end, where Kat helped me out a LOT with graphics and surveys and the likes. Much love for her! <3), but this was a really rough year for me ahah.

I simultaneously feel really satisfied with how well I did, and also feel like garbage because I feel like I was a huge letdown for the Pokémon community ahah. I feel like I could have done so much better, but I don't know what exactly I didn't do that could've made it better.

It was definitely rough, though, because every judge but one left me super last minute. Honestly, if it weren't for Kat and Maple helping Dictator and I with the judging, I might've had to cancel the awards. There was no way I'd have been able to read and judge every category, because I have 4 AP classes and I need to study a LOT to grasp the information ahah. I tried my best to read every category that I could, though.

For next year, I'm going to try an make things more organized, and try to be better with communicating because I think that was my biggest flaw. I'm very impulsive so I need to work on stopping my tendency to do things without consulting others.

Thankfully, Scarlet will hopefully be more involved next year! Of course, he's still in college, so things may pop up, but having him available more often will help the PWA be as good as it can be.

Sorry, I just felt the need to ramble ahah. Right now I'm finalizing new things for next year's awards, and getting the results organized for posting on Wednesday! Next year's awards will hopefully start on time, in January or February rather than April.
