"And in this month four things you should continue to perform in great number, two of which shall be to please your Lord while the other two will be those without which you cannot do. Those which shall be to please your Lord, are that you should in great quantity bear witness that there is no diety to worship except Allaah (i.e. recite the Kalimah Tayyiba Laa ilaaha illaal Allaah لا إله إلا الله), and make much Istighfaar, beg Allaah's forgiveness with Astaghfirullah استغفر الله). And as for those without which you cannot do, you should beg of Allaah, entrance into paradise and ask refuge in Him from Jahannam."

Virtues of the Holy Quraan

👑 Surah Mulk 👑

Hadhrat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "There is in the Quraan a Surah of thirty aayaat (verses) which intercede for a person (its reader) until he is forgiven. This is Surah Tabaarak alathi."

👑 Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "My heart desires that this Surah be in the heart of every believer.

Masaail Regarding Saum Fasting:

🔹️Fasting in the month of Ramadhaan is fardh on  every Muslim who is not a lunatic nor an immature person (minor).

🔹️As long as there is no valid excuse, it is not permissible to abstain from fasting.

❌ To fast on Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul- Adha, and the three days after Eid-ul-Adha is haraam.

❌ Once the time of Fajjar approaches until sunset, a person should abstain from food, drink, and intercourse with ones spouse.

🔹️It is not necessary to make a verbal intention, to have the intention to fast  in your heart is sufficient. However, if you do make a verbal intention or recite the duaa

بصوم غد نويت

Bisaumin Ghadin Nawaytu

there is no harm in this.

Al Ambar Expedition.

Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم dispatched towards the sea-shore an expedition of three hundred men,  under the command of Abu Ubaidah رضي الله عنه in 8 A.H. He صلى الله عليه وسلم gave them a bag of dates for their rations. They had hardly been out for fifteen days when they ran short of rations. In order to provide the contingent with food, Hadhrat Qais رضي الله عنه began buying three cames daily from his own men, to feed the Mujahideen, with a promise to pay on return to Madinah. The Amir seeing that the slaughter of camels would deprive them of their only means of transport, prohibited him to do so. He collected the dates that had been left with each person and stored them in a bag. He would issue one date to each man as his daily ration. When Hadhrat Jabir رضي الله عنه later on narrated this to the people, one of his audience inquired:

"How did you manage to live upon only one date for the whole day?"

He replied, "We longed even for that one date, when the whole stock was exhausted. We were on the verge of starvation. We moistened the dry tree-leaves and ate them."

When they reached this stage, Allaah had mercy on them, for he always bring ease after every hardship, provided it is endured patiently. A big fish known as "Ambar" was thrown out of the sea for them. The fish was so big that they lived on it for eighteen days altogether. They also filled their satchels with the remaining portion, which lasted them right up to Madinah. When the episode was narrated to Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم , he said:

"The fish was a provision arranged for you by Allaah."

❗Difficulties and hardships are not uncommon in this world to the people of Allaah; these are bound to come.
Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم says:

"The worst trials in this world are reserved for the Prophets, then for those who are next to them, and then for those who are best of the rest."

The trial of a person is proportionate to his position near Allaah, and He bestows solace and comfort by His Grace and Mercy after each trial.

The birth of Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم

❤Rasulullah  صلى الله عليه وسلم was born in Makkah Mukarramah on a Monday during the month of Rabbi-ul-Awwal.

❤️Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم says:

ولدت يوم الإثنين و فيه انزل علي الوحى

"I was born on a Monday and on a Monday too did the first revelation come to me."

some historians say that Rasulullah صلى الله عليه was born in the same year when the people of the elephants attempted to attack the Kaa'bah.

When one forgets to take the name of Allaah initially.

Sayyiditina Aaisha رضي الله عنها relates  that Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
'One who forgets to say bismillaah initially should recite the following upon remembering:

بسم الله أوله و آخره

Bismillaahi  Awwalahu Wa Aakhirahu

-Abu Dawood, vol 2, pg 173*

Note:

🔹️It is a sunnah to recite Bismillaah before eating.

🔹️Some Ulamaa (scholars)  regard it as waajib (obligatory) as it is sinful to omit it intentionally.
