Ash mindlessly sped through the woods on his way to where the Sirens call came from. He couldn't control his own movement, speech or any other bodily functions, he was in fact trapped in his own mind. His body slowed as he approached the  mansion.

He went around the mansion as he could not enter. It was impossible for the undead to enter a house of the living. Though his sire lived there, she did not own the house as she wanted to keep any unwanted vampires such as himself out of her home.

He stopped on the outside back lawn of the property, his eyes cast upward towards the balcony. Many vampires suddenly appering around, eyes also upward awaiting there qween. A few moments, or even  hours past before she stepped out. Time fogged over when under her control.

Queen Stefani stepped out on the baloney for all of her children to see. If any of there hearts could beat they would simply cumbust due to her beautie. She placed her delicate hands on the rail as she looked down to her children. Her long red V cut dress, and raven hair blowing softly in the breeze.

"Hello, my little devil's." She greeted cheerfully as she took in each and every one of there faces, when hers met Ash's her smile fell, before returning to her speech. "I have summoned you all here tonight to talk about resent events that you all have most likely have heard about already."

She paused, and waited before rolling her eyes in a 'duh' like manner. With a wave of her hand they all (including Ash) came out of the mindless trance.

Ash let out a annoyed breath, Finally  in control of himself again. He looked around  at the dozens of faces around him. Some he knew, most he didn't recognized since it had been awhile since he had been a part of this nest.                       

"Am I boring you child?" Stefani said peering down at Ash, anger coating her amber eyes.

"Yes stef." He said and others gasped around him. She was never addressed as anything less then Queen or from her favorites, mother. Ash however did not care, let alone fear her as he did not see her as his queen, let alone a mother. She has shunned him, abandoned him, and for what? Simply because he was different? It was ridiculous that he was still bound to her by the sire bond, and he hated it with his entire being. "I am not apart of this nest anymore, and you have made that very clear to me on more then one occasion. Why must I continue to come each and every time you call?"

It was at this time that Stefani herself looked rather bored. She pretended to yawn before speaking again. "Son," She started, knowing that that word alone would annoy him, and it did. "Does it look like I care about your petty feelings? Does it look like I want you here any more then you want to be here? No! But unfortunately for the both of us I am still your maker and there is nothing you can ever do to change that."

He clenched his jaw angry. As much as he hated the woman she was right. As long as he was bonded with her, she would always have control of him. As a sire you couldn't pick or choose who you wanted to call. If you call one, you called them all.

"No more interruptions Ash!" She warned dangerously fangs extending through her ruby red lips as she did. "For once maybe you could be useful." She finished before giving her atantion back to the entire crowd.

"The hunters have attacked many near by nests in search of one of there own, which ironically we do not have." She smiled to herself as if it were a first.

"Many of our kind are in panic as we are being attacked and targeted more forcefully then we are prepared for."

Ash swallowed hard, knowing that all of this was his doing. He tried to hide his nerves the best he could and cuntunued to listen.

"I have met with leaders of many kinds," She began strongly like the fierce leader she was. "From werewolves, to witches, skin walkers to anything in between and beyond."

"Idoits, all of them!" A vampire cursed among the crowd and many cheered  in agreement.

She shook her head before raising her hand, silinceing everyone. "I know we do not get along or agree with any of them, but we don't have to." She spoke with a smile. "We can work with them to rid the world of those pesky hunters once and for all. Then we can go back to our mutual distaste with one another."

"We dont need any of there help to deal with them!" Another vampire yelled.

Stefani glanced over at the Broody angered vampire and sighed. "Vampires like you are the reason we have to hide like common criminals! If you took your head out of your ass for just a moment you might see the bigger picture." She spoke wisely.

The vampire stepped back, obviously ashamed of his outburst. She smiled in approval before looking back to the rest of the nest.

As much as Ash hated Stefani, he couldn't help but somehow admire her. After all it was her intelligence that drove him to her in the first place.

"Leaders, and members of all different creatures will meet here tomorrow to discuss strategy. Any and all vilince will be punished!" She warned strongly looking over many of the not so hostile members of the group. "We are at truce! To attack one of them is to attack our own, do I make myself clear!?" She asked dangerously.

No one so much as moved a muscle. She smiled, satisfied with the impact of her words. "We will meet back here tomorrow at sun down. I do not wish to weaken myself further so I will not be summoning you myself again, so come on your own and do not be late!"

"Yes my queen!" All said in unison, all besides Ash.
