A/N: Hey guys next chapter is gonna be Kiddos little adventure since it's the eighth chapter so I just want to tell you that. Oh yah and Kid is ten months old ahhhhh it's so close to his first birthday! Maybe that's what next chapter will be.

"Come on Kid, time to go to the academy." I picked Kid up my bed. I had just gotten him dressed in a black baggy shirt and black pants sadly not jeans, Kid is still to small. I'm surprised the shirt even fits him but it is pretty baggy. There's also not a lot of options clothes wise. Firstly because a lot of them are to big and then secondly Kid always throws a fit if the color isn't black.

I tried putting him in his car seat but threw. fit at that as well. I sighed but didn't yell. I found out that Kid hated it when I yelled but what child doesn't? I just decided to carry Kid to the academy. Man I wish he could walk.

I picked him up but then put him back down. Kid looked at me curiously. "Hold on Kiddo, I need to get you a bottle." I looked at him again and then decided to put him on the floor. "Now stay." I didn't really say it seriously. I walked out and downstairs.

Kid

I wondered where daddy was going? He left me on the floor and told me to stay but he didn't say with his scary voice. I crawled over to the door to see daddy go over the stupid baby gate. I pouted, I hated that thing.

I stood up and walked over to the gate. I remember seeing daddy do this all the time. He always thought I was always to small and couldn't walk so I couldn't reach the lock. But luckily I stood on my tip toes and unlocked the lock. I giggled happily but then looked at the stairs. I gulped knowing this would be one of my big challenges. I put on my game face and held onto the bars that looked like my cage. I took my face step on the face stair and was fine. Then I took my second step and fell down halfway down the stairs until I grabbed the bars and stopped myself. I sniffled and felt water coming from my eyes.

I looked down and saw I had red watery stuff coming out of my arm. I have this feeling that I don't like as more red stuff comes out of my arm. My head also hurts really badly.

Instead of walking down the stairs I think of a different plan. I start sliding down the next step on my butt and keep doing that until I get to the bottom. Because my leg hurts really badly I decide to crawl to the kitchen and see daddy there.

I smile and forget about the pain and yell happily "Ahhhh haaaaa!" Daddy jumps in surprise and turns around and sees me. I smile happily at him.

"Kiddo! How did you get here?!" Daddy asked surprisingly. I giggle at him. I start to sit up, ready to walk but then the feeling shoots threw me and I fall.

Lord Death

I see Kid had been crying and then new tears start to spring from his golden eyes. He whimpers sadly. I hurry over to him and pick him up only to see a gash on his arm. My eyes widen instantly at the sight.

"Kiddo! What happened?" Kid sniffles. I look at all over and find he already has a bruise forming on his right ankle and has a huge lump on his head. I rock him gently and shake my head. "You fell down the stairs didn't you?" Kid nods as more tears flow down his face, he sniffles again as well. I just rock him gently and he seems to calm down surprisingly. Any normal child probably would have been balling their eyes out but I guess Kid isn't really a normal child.

I put on his hat and jacket and his diaper bag and make myself invisible. We walk out the door and to the academy.

After running into someone and making them very confused we get to the academy and make myself visible and go to Stein's office. I knock on the door and instantly hear "Hey! Don't eat that?!" Stein answers the door looking exhausted. "Ah Lord Death, why are you here?" Stein asks bluntly.

"Oh well Kid fell down the stairs and I wanted you to check him out." Steins eyes instantly widened.

"Yah yah yah okay bring him in." Stein walks inside and I follow with Kid. I put him on the cold metal examining table.

"Lord Death if I'm gonna have to check Kid then I need you to hold this." Stein held a baby with a full head of.....white spiky hair.

I grabbed the baby who looked at me funny. He started crying instantly revealing his crimson red eyes.....wait red?! "He's a Evans boy." I say and Stein nods.

Stein checks Kid out while I try to calm the other baby down. "Hush, hush little......white haired baby."

"His name is Soul." Stein says in his usual monotone voice

I raise my eyebrow. "Soul? That's an unusual name for a baby isn't it?"

"So is Death The Kid." I shot a glare at Stein who simply smiled.

After a couple of minutes Stein rolled back with Kid on his lap. "He's fine. I bandaged up the little scratch he had and that was it." I look at Stein surprised.

I come over and look at Kid for myself. It was true his bruised ankle was gone along with the huge bump on his head. Stein saw me look confused and asked "What's wrong?"

"Before I had check Kid myself and saw that he had a huge gash on his arm and a bruised ankle and a huge bump on his head and now there all gone." Stein looked at Kid curiously.

"Lord Death do you mind if I take some of Kids blood and run some tests?" I nod and see Stein pick up a needle and take Kid's blood while Kid just starred at Soul in my hands who was still bawling his eyes out. Stein took Kids blood and put it in a tube carefully. "Well that seems to be all. Here you go."

"Ah actually Stein this little Evans baby reminded me that her other son Wes is here and well they have business with me. And Miss Marie caught Black*Stars cold that he's had for two months ever since he sucked on Kid's pacifier, I was wondering if you could watch Kid for me." Stein opened his mouth but I interrupted him "Oh great! Thank-you so very much!" I put Soul in Steins other arm which Soul immediately stops crying and quickly run out of the office.

Stein

"Did Lord Death just seriously pawn off his son on me?"
