Third Persons POV

It's been three month since the white wolf Albus left Clover in the care of the rogue pack. He has returned to see how she and the pack went through winter. When he arrives h see Clover a healthy weight greeting the dominate female. He smiles relieved that she is alright. He goes lays be the alpha Lloyd.

"I see Ruka and her mate have taken good care of Clover"  Albus states.

"They have, they love her as their own. Once our pack rises in number. It'll be safe for them to have a litter of their own. But until then, Clover gets all the attention while the teenagers train"  Lloyd tells him.

Clover notices Albus and yips happily. She rushes over and greets him. "Hello Clover"  he says nudging her fondly. She lays in between his front legs and snuggles into his chest. Just as Ruka's mate, Beta Karo returns with the hunting party. "See you have new members"  Albus states looking at the three new members.

"Yes, they joined us shortly after you left. Good thing to, they are amazing hunters and trackers. Their names are Rico, Jax and Lucy, triplets" Lloyd states. "Care to join us for lunch?" he asks. Albus nods getting up. Clover does so to and follows him to the deer. The other wolves back away letting him have the first bite.

I does so and Clover eats beside him. Soon the teenagers and she wolves join in. Once they had their fill. The males ate the rest. Before Jax and Rico took it away. To avoid over predators from finding the den. Clover tries to catch Albus' tail as he swishing it in front of her.

"How long will you be staying?" Karo asks Albus as he lays beside Ruka.

"Not long, I came to check on Clover. I see I made the right decision to leave her here" Albus states.

"So you won't take her?" Ruka asks relieved.

"Of course not, she's happy and safe. That's all I wanted for her" he states.

"Please no go" Clover whines.

"I promise to visit every spring Clover" he assures her.

"Promise?" she asks giving him puppy eyes.

"I promise" he says and licks in between her ears. "Has she shifted?" he asks the adults.

"Yes, she did so shortly after you left. We had her shift back though. Otherwise she wouldn't of survived the winter. Besides we stay in wolf form in the forest. She'll be home schooled like the twins" Karo states. Clover starts to play with the twins. Who are done with training for the day.

"Over grown pups" their mother Aisha chuckles.

"So how long will you stay? You may stay as long as you wish" Lloyd tells Albus.

"A week at most, then I must return to the manor for my nephews coronation" he states.

"Is it really time for a new ruler already?" Ruka asks surprised.

"Yes, my brother has ruled for several centuries now. My nephew's mate is finally expecting, so it's time for him to take over" Albus states. Pure breed werewolves don't have pups often. Females only go into season once a century and only after they find their mate. My nephew found his mate a little over a century ago. They were thrilled when they discovered her pregnant after her first heat. Now she goes no where without guards to ensure her safety and that of her pup or pups.

"That is great news, do you think you could convince him into allowing us to become a legal pack?" Lloyd asks him.

"It's make our lives so much easier and we'd be able to have a set territory. Be protected from other bigger packs" Ruka states.

"Of course, what name would you like?" Albus asks.

"Rogue Moon pack" Lloyd states. Albus nods his head.

"You'd have to send updates on your pack each year. It's growth and you're territory will increase but ten square miles with each new adult member. Right now, it'd be eighty square miles" Albus tells him. Lloyd nods his head in understanding.

It's not much, but it'd suffice. Besides in a couple of winters the teenagers will be considered adults. So the pack territory will expand then to a hundred square miles. The biggest pack around, is the Blue Moon pack. About fifty adults strong, with about a dozen teens and eight pups. With more on the way. The pure breeds have no territory. They run the whole werewolf world and may go where they please.

Clover lays down for a nap. While the twins continue to play fight. Working on their fighting skills. They'll be fine warriors one day. Soon the sun sets and the moon rises. They all howl at the moon. Werewolves love a full moon. Everyone jumps around dancing and acting like pups. Until it was time for Clover and the twins to go to bed. Albus decides to stay in the den for the night instead of finding a cave or hallow log.

He slept away from the pack though. As he doze off he felt a small body nuzzle into his side. He raised his head and smile seeing Clover asleep. Ruka looks a them and Albus shakes his head curling around Clover. To keep her warm. Ruka smiles and snuggles into her mate. They all fall asleep.
