The universe isn't trying to
break you apart.
It is trying to break you open:
to let the grief come out and
to let the love finds its way in.

I know on some days it is hard to
open your eyes and get out of bed,
but I want you to trust the universe on this one,
just one last time,
that even if you keep your eyes shut tight,
your heart buried deep inside your chest,

for days,
for months.
for years at once,
everything shall will itself to bloom
when you open your eyes, again.

Author's note:

My poetic juices were all dried up. So, I decided to add a few drops of waters, some tailored words and some sunshine and shook the container real well. Apparently, my poetic juices are back, running and flowing! :"D
