Hello, my Maydays! This is probably the last time (maybe in a long while) that I'd address you this way...

So I have come to a decision.

As a little explanation, I'd say this: in 2017, when I joined Wattpad, I came to build a community that would support me not just with my endeavors here, but in the outside world as well. I found you guys, and some of you really did support me in every way possible to humankind.

I just had one expectation from you all — to support me with the publication of my book when it finally hits the stores. I think that was the fault on my part.

But I am not blaming you or threatening you to buy the book. I understand that a lot of you are quite young, who cannot purchase things on their own. Don't worry about it!

Yet, I need to move towards the future now. I need to focus on the publication of my next book, and then the next, and so on. However, the need to update here is a hindrance to it; almost as if I'm obliged to do it instead of doing it by choice. And I hate this sentence.

So, I have decided to take an indefinite hiatus, and chances are that I'll probably never return. I am sorry for discontinuing all my books that have been left ongoing.

I love Maydayville with the entirety of my heart, and perhaps more, if my heart is as big as my body. I love the support from each one of you, until now, when I'm asking to go. Writing this is breaking my heart, but growing up calls for me, and so does the future. I must leave.
