I remember that day like it was yesterday.

Mine starts a month ago, when I finally noticed this one....person. You see, my mother is the guardian of the region of the sea, and we have ties to royalty. I've always been a little snobbish and up in the air. It didn't help that my mother spoiled me and my sisters, and ignored my brother Turtle. I was showered with love, expensive gifts, and given whatever I pleased. So, I didn't pay much attention to this certain individual. It didn't help I only had one class at school with them, and they lived on the other side of town.
That all changed a month ago, when someone decided it would be a good idea to change up the classes. Suddenly, they were everywhere. The one class I had with them? That multiplied into all but one I didn't have with them. I couldn't get them out of my head. When I was out on a date with my boyfriend (which was yesterday, in case you were wondering) I met them at the restaurant. That was when I realised one small fact, when the individual looked toward me, the sun shining behind their navy blue hair, their blind eyes sparkling, their beautiful sunshiny face smiling toward me.
I like girls.
