Huff

The loud thunder pulled you from sleep, in the darkness, your eyes wander off down to your form on the bed and out the window where harsh rain is hitting against the glass as the wind rushed through those trees on the street.

Again, you dreamed about your big sister, who never heard a word from since she went abroad. She used to be your only source of happiness. It's rare for siblings to get along, but you and your sister are different you two have a strong bond. You don't remember how much you cried when she went away.

"It's been six years, Jiyun ah-"

"I missed you-"

Warm liquid landed on your cold dried hands, you gently wiped the tears away and smile lightly remembering about the past.

A part of you still traumatized of what you heard on the news two years ago...

Flashback

You were studying for the final exam in your room, you were so excited to hear that your sister will comeback to Korea, you can't stop smiling thinking of hanging out with her again.

*Crack*

"Mom?"

"MOM! Are you ok? What's just dropped?"

Silent...

You rushed out to see your mom break down in the floor, pieces of glass shattered and spreads through out the floor, her eyes glued down to her bleeding hands and glanced up at the TV once or twice and tears wouldn't stop flowing.

"OMG mom what the hell?" You jumped over the glass and help your mom up supporting her arm over your shoulder. You let her sit on the couch and went to get the first aid kit.

But something felt strange. She didn't say a word, tears still trailing down her cheeks and her eyes looked so dull.

"Mom what happened?"

"Jiyun.."

"Jiyun?"

"Didn't she said-" your mom pointed at the tv.

"There was a plane crashed from California America to South Korea Seoul today morning and we're still looking for where it landed. The plane take off at 8:45 am today and reported a crashed at 1:63 pm."

"It's a plane crash...what does that have to-" she cut you off one more time.

"What time did Jiyun said she'll get on the plane?"

"At 8:45 am..."

End flash back

"Even though we don't know if you're alive or dead, you will always be there in my heart Jiyun ah."

You lied down, you eyes fix on the glow in the dark stars that Jiyun got for your birthday.

But then fell asleep before you know it.
