Sanskar looked at Ap.
Sanskar- What do u mean badi maa?

Ap- Yes sanskar.... u have beleived what u saw..... but remember... everything u see is not always the truth.

Sanskar was looking at ap in confusion.

Ap- Yes sanskar, that day laksh came to me and told me about u and kavita..... He wanted to help u..... He asked me whether it would be good to talk to your bade papa about it. I myself gave him permission to talk to him hoping to get a positive response.

Sanskar- Whhhhaattt??

Ap- Yes sanskar.... but that time your bade papa was in no mood of listening to anybody. But after throwing u out of the house.... he realized his mistake.... but is was too late.
We tried to find u but it was of no use.

One day he and laksh were going for their company's work when they saw a girl running to save her life from some goons. They went to help her but when they reached her... they had already stabbed her. Laksh recognized the girl as kavita (as he had seen kavita's photo). They saw that the girl was still breathing so they decided to take her to the hospital.

Sanskar was just looking at ap expressionless which was showing that he was regretting for his deeds.

Ap- But when they were taking her..... some goons attacked the car and took kavita with them. Laksh tried to save her but they brutally beated him.

Ap had tears in her eyes- They could not save her beta.... they could not save her.
Ap fell on the ground crying.

Sanskar was hurt to the core. The guilt of misunderstanding his bade papa and brother.

Sanskar started crying bitterly- I am sorry badi maa..... i misunderstood everything..... i was so engrossed in my revenge that i forgot everything.

Ap- It's ok sanskar beta.... Everything is past now.

Sanskar- I will tell my truth to everyone today itself badi maa..
Ap- No sanskar.... today is not the right time to tell everything. Let everything be normal first.
After this engagement......

Just as ap mentioned the word engagement... she came to her senses that laksh is just betraying ragini.

Ap- Oh no.... now what about ragini... how will she deal with the truth...how..

Sanskar- It's all my mistake badi maa.... i will tell her the truth about laksh and swara. Otherwise she will be much hurt.

Ap- No beta ... she loves laksh and won't be able to bear that her love loves ger sister. We would tell her on the right time. Till then let everything be as it is .
Now come down..... otherwise everyone will come here to find us.

Sanskar nodded and hugged ap.

There ragini was getting ready for her engagement. She had the glow on her face. Sumi came there and hugged her.
Dadi saw sumi and ragini and felt that she must give a chance to swara and sharmishtha.

Sharmishta was coming downstairs when she saw swara tensed.
Sumi- Shona.... what happened? Why are u so tensed? Is there any problem?

Swara hugged sumi and started crying.
Sumi got tensed.

Sumi- What happened shona? Tell me..

Swara( while crying) - Maa laksh doesn't loves ragini.
Sumi was shocked and asked- What are u saying swara? Tell me everything clearly...

Swara told sumi everything which laksh told her.
Sumi had tears in her eyes.

Sumi- Laksh has not done right with ragini. She loves him so much..... and he loves u.....

Swara closed her eyes im guilt.
Swara- Maa... i think we should tell everyone.
Sumi- Swara.....ragini is so happy about her marriage. We should tell her right now. God forbids, if she takes any wrong step then....

They tbought about the consequences and decided not to tell her anything now.

Gadodias reached mm.
The maheshwaris greeted them. Ap saw ragini and felt bad.
Sanskar and ragini looked at each other and had a small eyelock.

Dp- Come shekhar ji..... now we must start the proceedings.
Shekhar- Ji dp ji......

Ragini and laksh sat next to each other. Laksh was eyeing swara painfully. Ap and sanskar were sad about ragini. Sanskar was not able to see ragini getting engaged to somebody else.

Ragini( in mind remembering janki)-  Maa today i a getting engaged to my laksh.... and i will be married to him soon..... i miss u maa..i miss u a lot.... But i don't know why I am feeling like something is not correct.
Pls help me maa....

Sumi( in mind)- No this engagement can't happen.... i need to do something.
She suddenly acted of fainting. Ragini saw sharmishta and sreamed- Maaaa.....

Everyone rushed to sumi. Shekhar picked her up and took her into a room. All rushed behind him. Swara was tensed but then she saw sumi signing her. She understood that she dis this on purpose and felt relieved.

Shekhar- I will stay with sumi.... u all proceed with the engagement pls...
Ragini- No papa... how can u even think of that.... i will not do anything without maa.

Ap- Ji shekhar ji.... ragini is right. We shall wait.

Shekhar smiled at her daughter and nodded.

Swara asked everyone to go outside and sit as she will look after her.
Everyone went outside. Ragini too unwillingly went outside.

Ragini was crying in a corner. Sansmar came to her with a glass of water and forwarded it to her.

Sanskar ( still acting) - Dost...why are u crying? Your maa will be alright..
Ragini suddenly hugged him.
Sanskar was shocked initially but then responded to it.

Ragini- I was already getting the inituitions that something bad is going to happen..... see now....

Sanskar was just caressing her hair.
Ragini came to her senses and saw their position and got back embarrased.

Ragini went from there. A tear skipped from sanskar's eye seeing ragini's condition.

Sanskar( in mind)- Don't worry ragini. I will make everything alright. I won't let anything bad happen to u.

There laksh came to sumi and swara eyed him angrily.

Laksh- Vo...vo.... aunty.... how are u now?
Sumi- Nothing happened to me laksh. It was all done on purpose to stop your and ragini's engagement.

Laksh- vo... aunty... u know about it?

Sumi- Yes laksh... swara told me everything.

Laksh bent his head down- Sorry aunty... actually I....

Sumi- Laksh it is not the time to say sorry and all.... we need to tell ragini about it... bcoz she will be much hurt if she gets to know about it after the engagement. And also tell her that u love swara.

Laksh- o..ookk.... aunty.... i think u are right.

Swara( angrily)- Come laksh.... we can't waste anymore time. Already u have destroyed my sister's life.

Laksh felt bad at this and left to the hall with sumi and swara. Little did they knew that one person had already listened to their talkings.

While they were heading towards the hall, sujata started shouting.

Sujata- Jiji... jiji.... u won't believe what i will tell u now.

Swara sumi and laksh reached there.

Ap- What happened sujata? What are u going to tell?

Sujata- Jiji.... laksh is just destroying ragini's life jiji....

Everyone became shocked at this.
Ap, sanskar, sumi, swara and laksh were more shocked as they knew what sujata was going to say.

Dadi- What are u saying sujata?

Sujata- Ha kaki sa..... laksh does not loves ragini.... he loves this bangalan swara.
I myself heard them talking.

Everyone became numb at this.

Shekhar angrily went towards swara.
Shekhar- Is this all true swara?

Swara was not responding to his question. She stood there silent.
Shekhar (shouting angrily) - Just speak up swara..... is this the truth?

Laksh- I will tell u uncle...

Everyone turned towards laksh.
Ap closed her eyes knowing the consequences.
Ragini was standing there in tears.

Laksh- Ji uncle.... I love swara and not ragini.

Shekhar angrily headed towards laksh and slapped him.
Shekhar- How dare u to say like that laksh? Is this any any kind of play happening here.  .?

Laksh- Sorry uncle it is the truth..... i only love swara.

Dp( angrily)- Then why did u agreed to marry ragini.

Ap felt ashamed of his son.

Laksh( teary eyed)- For sanksar bhai... papa..... sanskar only shares a freindly bond with ragini.... i thought if i will marry her then she will permanently come to our house and bhai will get fine soon.....

This came as a shock for ragini. She was just crying looking towards the floor.

Shekhar again slapped laksh.
Shekhar- How dare u to play with my daughter's feelings ? How dare u to use her innocence? How dare u? And swara u...? Why u did this to your sister? What wrong has she done to you?

Dadi( shouting)- She was fighting with everyone for u.... and what u did to her han?
Shekhar I had earlier also told u that she is behind laksh, but no one listened to me..... see the consequences now....

Laksh- No dadi... swara is not at fault.... she wanted to tell u... but didn't wanted ragini to break down...

Dp- Enough laksh..... is this how we raised u?
Ap also came forward and slapped him.

In all this drama... everyone forgot about ragini. Ragini's condition was the worst. Only sanskar was looking at her with sadness and guilt. He felt her pain. His heart cried to see her in this condition.

Suddenly ragini ran out from there. Sanskar saw her and started running behind her.
Swara also saw ragini going from ther. She was about to run behind ragini but dadi and shekhar stopped her saying that she has no right to come near ragini .
