~Tsuki POV~
"Thank you so much!" I said earnestly. He nodded with a smile and I beamed back.

"Did you want to walk around town with me?" He asked. I felt my cheeks heat and had to refrain from screaming YES! I cleared my throat.

"I-if you don't mind..." I muttered. He shook his head and we left to explore the town.

Children ran laughing and horses neighed. The market was a busy lively place. I saw Uncle Nathan working in a restaurants kitchen and Uncle Morgan in a bar. I smiled inwardly.

We walked around town all day. It was fun! We started walking back at sunset.

Suddenly a couple of children pushed us causing Gabriel to fall on me which made him.......

KISS ME?!? Both our eyes widened. He was kissing me on the lips! Our faces blushed dark red.

He quickly got off me and I jumped up and ran home with tears in my eyes.

I sat on my bed crying quietly.

He took my first kiss and he didn't even want it! I could tell by the way he got off of me so fast or how he didn't chase after me.

On my book one line made me sob harder.

'He deceived me'

~Gabriel POV~
I watched her run away crying frozen in shock.

Her lips were soft and warm.

I felt my face heat up and not all the information in the world could stop my next thoughts.

'I have to protect her. I have to cancel that letter somehow. I don't know how. I just know I have to. I have been so stupid.'
