3rd POV
Blake walked around to see the natives upset about their homes and the soldiers wiping their face of sweat and a little bit of ash. She looked back at the others, doing everything in their power to help Weiss through her loss.
Blake: hey officer, could we possibly stop by Vale for us to head back to our school?
Soldier: I'll go ask the captain
Blake: thank you.
The soldier walked off as Blake breathed out and sat against the wall. After sitting there was the sound of a female screaming, it was Weiss.
Weiss: I'M SO SORRY!
Tears continued to roll down her face, her face back in her knees.
Yang: think of it like this, he's better off.
Weiss glared at Yang, her eyes red from tears.
Yang: I'll go see how Blake is doing.
Yang walked over and sat next to Blake.
Blake: not taking it well?
Yang: not at all, I've never seen her so emotional before....she really loved Toast.
Blake: she really did.....remember how she skipped class just to stop him from ripping a tree out of the ground? Hehehe
Yang: or how Glynda chased him with a riding crop after chewing up her new boots.
They both slightly chuckled at the memories.
Blake: he was a good Toasty.....
They both sighed as they looked at all the people inside the ship. Zwei walked over to Blake and went on her lap and curled up in a ball. Blake wasn't afraid, she put her hand on the puppy as it whimpered, thinking about his new friend.
Blake: it's alright Zwei....everything will be alright.
A tear escaped from Zwei's eye as he closed his eye to try and get some sleep.
Ruby wrapped her arm around Weiss, still trying to comfort her.
Meanwhile with the Soldier
Soldier: hey Boss, one of the girls wanted to stop at Va- OH MY GOD!
There was a hand on the wheel of the ship, no body attached.
Soldier: what....what happened?!
The soldier went to the wheel to check the map to see it was heading to Vale, just off the docks of Beacon.
Soldier: what?
The sound of water drops was heard, his eyes widened as he slowly turned around to see a large black creature.
Soldier: NO!
He pulled out his gun to fire but he was grabbed by the head and dragged into a dark hallway. A gunshot went off, catching the attention of a few of the soldiers.
Soldiers: what was that?
A few ran towards the sound as others stood to get prepared, thinking it could be a mutiny. The soldiers ran into the room to see a blood trail and the disembodied hand.
Soldier: Holy cow......
Soldier: I'm going to be sick.
Soldier: follow that trail.
They put their weapons up and followed the trail into the dark hallway to see nothing.
Soldier: see anything?
Soldier: nothing at all....what happened in here? Did one of those natives kill our men?
Soldier: no, none of them moved....do you think perhaps something is on the boat with us?
Soldier: what do you mean? Nothing got on, the only thing that could hurt us probably died in that explosion.
Soldier: I have a really bad feeling about this.
In the rafters above the Indoraptor moved, eyeing the soldiers below, discovering weak points and the exact moments to attack.
Meanwhile Blake closed her eyes as she pet Zwei.
Blake: Yang, are the soldiers back yet? They all seem incredibly tense.
Yang: something happened, it gives me a bad feeling.
Soldiers in distance: GAH!
More gunshots were heard, getting the attention of everyone else.
Blake: it wasn't a misfire! We need to help!
Blake and Yang unsheathed their weapons and ran to the back.
Ruby: Weiss, are you coming?
Weiss: No!
Ruby took a step back and looked at Weiss, still holding onto her rose.

Ruby: be careful.
She unsheathed her scythe and ran to the back with the two others. They ran to see the disembodied hand.
Yang: that's disgusting!
Another gun shot was heard before bloody screaming.
Blake: this way!
They turned into the dark hall to see a room with only one window.
Ruby: Oh God!
