| Peach - 30 minutes later |

I glanced up at the sign above me as I bustled through the crowd.

Bullet Bill Train Station.

This was the train station I was told to go to. I guess it was right, although I saw no one else with the special Golden Mushroom Pass. I just shook it off, and continued to the center of the station, where you pay for your ticket.

"Excuse me, sir," I politely interrupted. The conductor toad looked up and me and immediately bowed. "Your highness," he complimented.

I giggled. "No need for that, darling. Do you know where I can find this train?"

The toad pointed to the right. "It's down there, third train. By the way, good luck at the tournament!"

"Thanks!" I leaned down and kissed his big mushroom head. Of course, his cheeks flushed red. That was the normal way I said thanks to all my little servants for their duties.

I strutted to the right, where the kind mushroom had directed me. When I came to the third train, I double checked with the yoshi helping people board. "Excuse me, is this the correct train?"

The yoshi glanced at my ticket and vigorously nodded. "Yes, your highness," he replied. I stepped inside the train car and nervously glanced around. This is my competition.

I spotted Toad instantly. "Toad, hey!" I casually greeted.

He heard my voice and turned to recognize me. "Hello, princess!" he joyfully said.

"May I sit with you?" I questioned. He was the only person I saw that I knew on the train.

"Absolutely!" he patted the open seat next to him, indicating for me to sit there. I walked over cautiously, in case the train began moving as I started on my way.

I sat down and Toad stirred up a conversation. He was the friendliest person anyone could ever meet!

Although, the small talk became ruined when someone specific walked into the train car.
