The Edge was covered with a thick layer of snow. The ponds were nicely frozen. Icicles all over creating a beautiful winter wonderland. Everyone at the edge was enjoying a nice cup of warm yakmilk. The dragons sleeping peacefully against the warm fire. Everyone was cozy in the clubhouse just enjoying the peace and quiet... until the twins started talking.

"Hey guys I'm bored!" Whined Tuffnut. Ruffnut nodded.

"I do want to do something." Asked Heather.

"Well maybe we can go outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Maybe we could do what we did when we were seven on snoggletog." Said Fishlegs. The gang considered the idea. It actually seemed fun to do.

"I agree. We could use some fresh air. And some time to not think about dragons hunters and just have fun." Explained hiccup. Everyone nodded. The gang went to the door and headed outside. Their dragons following. Each of them had a small coat with a hood. The gang went outside and breathed in the cold fresh air. Giving the gang goosebumps against their arms. It was freezing but that didn't stop the twins. Tuffnut grabbed a bunch of snow and made a small snowball and threw it straight at Ruffnut who was making a snowball herself but throwing it at Snotlout.

The snowball hit Ruffnut square in the face and she fell to the ground dropping her snowball on herself in the process. "Oh no you didn't!" Yelled Ruffnut. She hurried and made a snowball and threw it at Tuffnut with all her might, but Tuffnut saw this and dodged it and the snowball hit Heather instead. Ruff and Tuff just pointed at Snotlout and acted innocent. Heather grabbed a snowball and threw it at Snotlout. The twins laughed.

"HEY! WHO THREW THAT. WHO EVER THREW THAT IS GOING TO GET IT!" Snotlout yelled. Heather just laughed.

"Snotlout Fishlegs was the one who threw it." Laughed Heather. Fishlegs was playing with meatlug when a snowball hit him on the face and knock him over. Snotlout laughed.

"That's what you get fishface when you face the snotman." Snotlout said kissing his muscles. Fishlegs grew determined. "Oh yah!" Fishlegs made a hand signal to meatlug and she slammed her tail against the ground and a ton of snow went into the air and fell on Snotlout and the twins. Heather and Fishlegs just fell over laughing. Hiccup and Astrid saw this and chuckled.

Snotlout's head popped out of the snow. The twins doing the same. "Hey!" The gang just laughed. The dragons were watching their riders with amusement. Toothless was with Stormfly and they both glanced at each other and they had the exact idea. The two dragons went over their riders who were still laughing at Snotlout and the twins struggling to get out of the snow. Toothless and Stormfly grabbed a talon ful of snow and they each sneaked up behind there riders. Then both dragons dumped the snow on their riders and took off to the corner where they hid behind a big pile of snow and watched their riders struggle.

"TOOTHLESS!" Yelled hiccup. The dragons just laughed. Hiccup dug his way out if the snow a little difficulty.

Hiccup helped Astrid get out of the snow and the riders went over to hiccup and astrid.

"Thanks hiccup." Astrid said still holding Hiccup's hand. Heather and Fishlegs glanced at each and chuckled quietly.

"Hey hiccup where's toothless?" Asked Fishlegs. Hiccup looked around and found nothing. "I don't know. Come one let's go find them. We have to have our fun with our dragons don't we." Hiccup said. Astrid caught on what hiccup was saying. "Oh Stormfly is going to get it!" Astrid said.

Fishlegs pointed at the corner of a snowbank and as Hiccup and Astrid came closer Toothless jumped over them and took off to the forest. Same with Stormfly.

"Hey get back here useless reptile!" Hiccup yelled following his dragon to the forest. Astrid and the gang close behind him. Toothless ran. He didn't want to Hiccup to get him back. Toothless looked behind and saw hiccup jumping over a log and was catching up to him. 'Great!' Toothless thought. Hiccup was going to tackle Toothless but toothless sped up.

"Come on,where's the love for the rider." Hiccup said calling Toothless. The snow was getting more slick and deep as well. Toothless had to keep is balance so his rider wouldn't catch him. Toothless turned his head to get a look at the gang and laughed his famous laugh. Toothless looked forward and wish he hadn't. A frozen lake was in front of him. Toothless slipped and flipped when his talons reached the thick ice. Hiccup and the gang saw toothless flip as soon as he touched the ice. Hiccup bursted out laughing.

"That's what you get bud!" Hiccup said hugging his chest with laughter. Toothless growled. Toothless grinned and slowly wrapped his tail around Hiccup's leg and Astrid saw this. Astrid winked at Toothless. Toothless nodded.

"Uh, Hiccup I think you should be cautious when you go on the ice." Astrid said eyeing the ice. Hiccup looked clueless.

"Why?"

Toothless pulled and hiccup fell to the ground with a thud and Toothless pulled him to the ice. Toothless let go of Hiccup's leg and hiccup spun like Bambi. "Toothless you are mean!" Hiccup said when he was in the middle of the lake. The gang just laughed. Now hiccup and Toothless were in the middle of the lake.

"Way to go T!" Tuffnut said. "Hey hiccup how are you going to get to the back to us?!" Laughed Tuff. Hiccup just glared.

"I agree with Tuff how are you going to get to us?" Heather said crossing her arms. Astrid smiled.

Hiccup looked at the lake. He was still sitting on the ice and he didn't dare get up. Toothless laughed at Hiccup's uncertainty. "Thank you so much bud." Hiccup said sarcastically. Toothless bowed in a royal way. Hiccup just rolled his eyes. "Useless reptile." Muttered Hiccup.

"Come on Hiccup you can't wait all day! Get moving!" Yelled Snotlout. Hiccup just sighed. He slowly got up and took and small step. Hiccup took a deep breath and took another step. His metal leg wasn't helping any. Hiccup took one more step and his metal leg slipped making him fly in the air and land hard on his back. "Ow!"

Snotlout and the twins laughed at their leaders failure. Fishlegs covered his mouth to keep him from laughing. Astrid and Heather laughed and hiccup just layed their on the ice not even bothering to get up.

"Hey!" Said Astrid. "Are you going to get up!" She said waving her hand in Hiccup's direction. Hiccup just nodded no.

"No! The ice is really comfortable when you land flat on your back." Hiccup said. Hiccup got up and tried again and slipped and did a split. Hiccup winced. The twins sneered and while Astrid and Heather looked away. Hiccup just fell face first. "Hey nice position Hiccup!" Laughed Snotlout. Toothless winced. That gotta hurt! Toothless slowly but surely made his to Hiccup who was still laying on his face. Toothless nudged his rider and hiccup moved. "Ow! Now that definitely hurt!" Hiccup said. Hiccup got up and Toothless laughed at his riders humor. At least he thinks so.

"Toothless can you help me up!" Asked Hiccup getting on his knees. He didn't trust the evil ice. Toothless rolled his eyes, but helped him anyway. Hiccup walked beside toothless to help support him. The were still quite a ways to where the gang was. The gang just watched with amusement. Toothless slowly walked. Everything was going smoothly when Toothless's talon slipped and he fell making hiccup lose his balance. Hiccup tried recovering but it made him flip over Toothless and landed on his stomach. Toothless's chin landed hard but hiccup landed harder. The gang laughed. Hiccup glared at them and they immediately stopped.

"Is this fun to you guys?!" Asked Hiccup. The gang nodded with smiles. Hiccup smiled.

"Alright if you love it so much!" Hiccup whistled and all the riders dragons came and threw their riders onto the ice.

"HICCUP!" Everyone yelled. Hiccup nodded his thanks to the dragons as they flew back to the edge of the lake. Snotlout got up to go strangle hiccup but fell faced first making a crunch. Hiccup laughed. "Try Snotlout! Try to come after me I would love to see you fall face first!" Hiccup yelled over the other side. The gang was throw over Hiccup and landed more to the other side from where they were. Now the gang was farther then hiccup. The edge of the lake where the gang was was still really far. It was a huge lake!

The others got up and one by one they fell. "Nice of you to join the party!" Hiccup said to Astrid who just got up and slipped landing on her butt. Astrid rubbed it and winced. Astrid got a determined look in her eyes and smiled.

"Oh your going to get it Hiccup Haddock!"Said Astrid. Ruff watched her brother stand but she saw that he was slowly making his way to the edge and she smiled. She slid right by her brother even though they were really close and she pushed him and he yelped and fell to the icy ground. Tuff fell face first and just groan. "That's new I like that. Take a note." Ruff nodded and she had an idea.

"Hey Tuff I dare you to lick the ice!" Smirked Ruff. Tuff laughed.

"Challenge accepted!" Tuffnut licked the ice and he was going to get back up when his tongue got stuck. "Hea thits ot air!" Tuffnut struggled to say. Ruffnut laughed. Tuffnut tried pushing himself off the ice but his tongue wouldn't budge. Tuffnut just layed their waiting for someone to come to the rescue. Mostly chicken but she was a on vaca. So Tuffnut just layed their. Playing with his fingers. And eventually fell asleep with his tongue still stuck.

Heather and Fishlegs were helping each other. Heather may be a experience warrior but she has absolutely no experience on the ice. Heather walked and she felt herself slipping and she started running in place until she fell but Fishlegs caught her by the hand and helped her up. Fishlegs let go and they both looked away blushing. "T-thanks Fishlegs." Heather said with gratitude. Fishlegs smiled. "Your welcome!" They both blushed and continued to make it back to the edge of the lake.

Hiccup was trying to make it to the edge before Astrid. While also trying to run away from her. "Hiccup I'm going to get you and make you pay!" Astrid said smiling.

"I thought I have milady!" Grinned Hiccup. Astrid was getting the hang of it and tackled hiccup to the icy ground. Hiccup struggled to get out of Astrid's grip but Astrid had him pinned. "Ha got you!" Laughed Astrid. Hiccup rolled his eyes playfully. "Oh yah!" Hiccup swiped Astrid's legs and she fell and Hiccup rolled over her and pinned her arms over her head. Astrid laughed. "Well I see you've been training." Said Astrid raising her eyebrows. Hiccup laughed.

"No I haven't. I just happen to know how to bring you down." Hiccup said. Astrid just gave a low sneer. "Fine but you should think of who you pinned down." Astrid said with grin. Hiccup tilted his head in confusion. Astrid hit his hip causing him to let her go and she slipped away and tackled him back down. The two gasp for breath. Astrid just stared. "And now I got you!" She said with pride. Hiccup just sighed. "You win!" Hiccup finally said. They just stayed like that way for a moment when Hiccup wrapped his arm around Astrid and pulled her close. Astrid gasp in surprise. Astrid stared in Hiccup's eyes and she felt her heart beat faster. Astrid leaned in and their lips met. Hiccup leaned in more causing Astrid to fall on him but they didn't care. Hiccup and Astrid were in their own world. The broke apart and they smiled. Astrid gave Hiccup a little kiss to the cheek. Hiccup smiled.

"Hey if you two love birds are done playing with each other's hair we should get back to the edge. It's getting dark." Said Snotlout. The rest of the gang nodded except Tuffnut who was still asleep with his tongue still stuck. Astrid got up and helped Hiccup get up. Then the gang slowly made there way back to the edge. The dragons were watching their riders having fun when they decided to leave. Everyone walked to their dragons when Heather walked up to Astrid. "Just friends huh!" Heather giggled. Astrid just glared at her but she was also blushing. Heather laughed once more. Heather walked up to Windshear and mounted like the rest of the gang.

Hiccup and the gang left and headed to the edge. Everyone settled in the clubhouse and just relaxed. They had a blast. Everyone was doing their own thing. Everyone was here. Well almost.

"Hey Ruff where's Tuff?" Asked Hiccup. The only answer he got was a smirk.

Back at the lake Tuffnut just woke up.
"Hey where is everybody?!"
