It looked like Sainz would be on pole for the Hungarian Grand Prixbut it got snipped from him by George Russell. The Ferraris have been fast all weekend long at the twisty Hungaroring circuit. The smooth operator could get the lead at the start  or surprise the Mercedes driver in the race today to claim his 2nd win

The Daytona 500 champion had been growing this year in a search for consistency and learning how to drive this NextGen car and has found some stability getting some top 10s in recent weeks. Coming back to a track he has won at in Xfinity will have great memories there, and Cindric knows how to get it done on road courses. He could kiss some bricks this afternoon.
